*Again, Trigger warning for bullying but that will be on for the rest of the book so it'll be the last time I'll say it*

"Don't run away from me this time, something is up and I need to know what it is." Spock insisted, sitting down beside T'Mar when she came over to his quarters for their weekend dinner and 'therapy' together.

"Colin Aaron." T'Mar mumbled, her facial expressions changing to those of pure sadness and despair. She looked hurt, like a kicked puppy that only tried to do good but failed.

"Colin Aaron, is the name of significance?" Spock asked her again, moving slightly closer on the couch. The cushions sank the closer he moved to her, moving both of them towards each other just with gravity.

"That's the boy that used to torment me; he used to hurt me bad. Spock, it was all with words. I didn't know that could even happen. He just yelled and swore and called me names and-" T'Mar started to pour out like a feeling and a wave of emotion. She froze, choking on her words at the end before sobs began to rack out of her.

Spock awkwardly pulled her into a hug, rubbing soothing circled into her back. She leaned on him, her face now stained with tears as they poured from her eyes. T'Mar's arms were tightly wrapped around him, her face buried in his shoulder as she cried. His shirt was now wet from the salty tears, turning to a rough crisp texture as it dried whenever she moved spots on his clothes.

"I'm sorry T'Mar." Spock stated, truly unsure what he should say or do next. Hugging for a long time didn't seem to be the way to go but neither did not saying anything.

"Not you Spock. Not you." She muttered, wiping her eyes.

"He's at StarFleet now?" Spock asked, wanting to keep on the subject but not talk about the pain Colin had caused.

"Yes he is... He confronted me the other day after I rudely walked away from you." T'Mar explained, getting up and beginning to pace. Spock watched her, now even more concerned than before.

"Please T'Mar, can you sit down?" He asked, reaching for her hand and entwining his fingers in his. She smiled slightly, placing her other hand on his. She slowly sat down net to him, swinging her legs into the couch and resting her head on his chest.

"Can I... Can I stay here? In case he comes to my dorm?" T'Mar asked, extremely nervous about the question. Spock was taken aback by surprise.

"Of- of course.." Spock muttered, unsure of what to do. "You can take my bed, since you're my guest. I'll be on the couch."

"No no I'll take the couch, it's too big of me to ask to stay already." T'Mar insisted, watching as Spock got up and grabbed a couple blankets.

"I'd prefer you safe. Plus, the door is here. If he comes I can talk to him." Spock reasoned, picking T'Mar up off the couch and bringing her to his bed.

"Spock!" She yelled in surprise, wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling him into a long kiss. Spock moved away and kissed her forehead before taking another couple blankets from his room.

"Goodnight T'Mar, I'll only be in the living room." Spock said before closing the door and leaving T'Mar in piece.
