Sirens and flashing lights filled Camila's vision.
It all seemed like a nightmare. None of it seemed real, and Camila was waiting for the moment it would allow her to wake up and realize it was a dream.
Camila pushed her way through the crowded parking lot outside the venue, making it difficult for Gerald to be lead to the hospital. No one knew why he collapsed, but many people recorded the action. Paramedics roughly shoved Camila out of the way who was frantically asking questions they clearly didn't know.
Once she was shoved, fans surrounded her. Many were asking her what happened, asking her if she knew what happened to their beloved idol. Some fans were upset; angry. Many didn't know what to think of the situation, making it a mixture of anger and confusion filling the air. It was all too much for her. She didn't know the answers to any of the questions and it was not only frustrating her, but other people as well.
Camila shoved passed fans now, not caring if she was shoving too hard. Her main goal was to reach the ambulance and comfort her best friend. The ambulance was in arms length, until a police officer grabbed her lightly by the arm and took her off to the side . "Cabello?"
Snapping her head around, she faced the officer who was in a calm and collected matter.
"U-uh, y-yeah, that's me." Camila was a stuttering mess, making it difficult for the officer to understand what was being said.
"Look, I know you're worried about your friend and all, but we have to get you into the station to understand what happened today, is that fine with you?" The officer smiled slightly, wanting Camila to feel comfortable and safe.
"O-of course." The officer opened the car door, allowing her to sit in the back seat.
Fans circled around the car, recording with the flash practically smacking against the car's window leading into exposing what was inside. Many were crying, while others were most likely angrily explaining online what happened during their show.

The office was large, yet not many people were on duty since it was one in the morning. Camila has been waiting for three hours to speak to anyone about what happened, yet all they did was stare at her and murmur to each other.
Finally, after a few more minutes, the same female officer that first spoke to her, led her into a small room where a small silver table and burning dark brown brick walls surrounded the background.
"I know you've been waiting for a while, so I will just get to the point. Your friend, Gerald, fainted due to dehydration."
Camila let out a sigh of relief, but by the looks of the officer's face, there was nothing to be relived about.
"Uh, your friend was tested for alcohol poisoning as well. I know it might not be in your knowing, but has your friend been drink-"
"Yeah, he was drinking before the show. I don't know what happened, but when he came on the tour bus, he reeked of like, whiskey maybe?" Camila looked down and fiddled her thumbs, feeling small. "Gerald and I were in the middle of a heated argument and he just came in the next day and he collapsed face down. I don't know."The officer looked at Camila with sympathy, but returned to her poker face soon after. "I need to know what Gerald is like, so we have a better understanding about his relation to alcohol."
Blinking away her tears, Camila nodded lightly. "Ask anything you need to, I'm open to anything you need to know." After a moment, she laughed to herself. "Of course I have to answer your questions, your an authority figure."
