The night was all a blur.

Devon didn't leave Camila and Laurens place until past midnight, but even then the two best friends were rapidly talking about their new weekend plans together.

Today, Camila didn't feel enough motivation to visit Gerald only because she was completely beat from faking the hype with Devons presence. No, it wasn't as if she made her voice high pitched and pretended to become someone she isn't around Devon, but she didn't want to distance herself from her nor Lauren, the two might get suspicious and bicker about her later on once she's no longer present.

Rubbing her face, Camila sighed and scratched the back of her neck. Since she was done with school, she didn't know what to do. It's not too late to start schooling in college, but she had no idea what sh would go for; teaching? Music? Dancing? The options are endless when compared to Camilas interests, which makes it harder for her to even think of spending over two thousand dollars on a career she wants to pursue.

Camila unplugged her phone and clicked on Twitter, where she read through her mentions and tried her best to look for positive things.

"@CamilaCabello97 is Gerald okay? haven't heard him being active :("

"i dont see why @DevonBaldwin had to leave the EST smh maybe if she stayed gerald would be fine instead of being with Camila Cabello"

Sighing, Camila frowned and closed out of the app. She didn't go on it to just read hateful or rude comments and remarks, she went on the app to inform Gerald's fans, tweet things she wanted to share, etc., Of course, she's thought of making her account private, but even then she feels as if that's being unfair to the people who do no harm to Camila. She's had some overall nice messages sent to her, and she doesn't want those to end.

Lauren, on the other-hand, uses Twitter the most. Most of the trios high school class follows them, along with strangers around the world. Lauren uses twitter almost every second of the day, she could be tweeting about her dream, some poetry, her thoughts, her views, anything she felt was important enough to share; mostly she claims she wants to change the worlds view point on things.

Throwing her phone on the edge of her bed, Camila smacked her face against her pillow and screamed. "Uh, are you okay?"

Lauren randomly opened Camilas door and proceeded to ask.

"Yes, I'm fine. Leave and shut the door." Camila replied, rolling her eyes.

"Obviously not, Camz, if you're screaming into a pillow somethings up."

"God, Lauren! Can't I just scream into a pillow? Why does every little thing i do matter so much to you?"

"Because your my friend!"

"Let's not start this one right now, Lauren."

"I'm sorry, then."

Walking out, Lauren closed the door and sighed lowly.

"Sorry my ass." Camila muttered, frowning.

Sitting up, she lifted herself off the bed and began heading into her bathroom. brushing her teeth, she analyzed herself and tried to make up what she was seeing. A worn-out, tired girl? Someone who is trained completely, lifeless? Someone who has hope for their friend with serious medical worries? Once she spat out the water, she began getting dressed for the day. She didn't know exactly where she was going, but she didn't want to spend another minute inside that house. Lauren wasn't someone she liked spending time with anymore, not since Devon entered the picture and even way before that. Lauren changed, not for the better and not for the worse.
