Being a tri-wizard competitor meant that when the time of the Yule Ball came around, me and the other 2 (well because of harry, 3) would have to dance first. I knew imedietly the girl I was going to ask. Her name is y/n. Most beautiful and stunning student in our year. I was making my way around the castle to try and find her.

Your P.O.V :
Throughout the school, the Yule Ball is all anyone is speaking about. My friends have all got dates which is a little bit disappointing since no one has asked me. The tri-wizard competitors have pretty much everyone in the school wanting to go with them so I bet they have partners as well. Though it is rumoured that Cedric still hasn't invited anybody. I highly doubt that. He is , in my opinion, the most attractive champion.

As if reading my mind cedric came over to me. "Y/N..." He stammered, "I was wondering if you would do me the honour of joining me at the Yule Ball?" He asked. I froze. Was this a dream? I even pinched myself to make sure and it wasn't ! I realised that he was standing there waiting for an answer still so I smiled and said, "Cedric I would love to " He returned the smile and left.

Maybe the Yule Ball won't be so bad after all.
