Tom has feelings

You were a quiet Slytherin, never one to really get noticed but you had a few friends. No one disliked you however they were cautious around you as you were, well, a Slytherin.

You had just finished potions with professor Slughorn and it was now your free period. You sat in your usual spot , alone , under the roots of a willow tree. Not many people come round here so its nice and quiet but of course it had to change. The mean girls of Slytherin a.k.a Chelsea, Sarah and maddie stalked over. "Aww how cute. The losers all alone again writing in a diary!" They chanted. Although it does get boring after a while, it's never actually bothered me. They snatched my book away. It was actually my revision book so it's important to me. "Hey give that back I have O.W.L.S next lesson" I shouted. "You know what y/n? I think I'm going to hold onto this for a little while longer. Who knows , if you're as smart as you make out it might help me get O's in everything!" She cackled. Then a deep voice silenced them all. "I think you should give that back" spoke Tom sternly. "Why would I do that?" Asked maddie cockily. "How dare you speak to Tom riddle , most powerful wizard in school like that!" He boomed. She froze. Then returned to her ignorant self. "Oh yeah if your so powerful try and beat me in a dual" She challenged. You stifled a laugh under your breath knowing full well how powerful he is and that some girl, especially maddie wouldn't even last one spell. Tom smirked at you, probably thinking the same. You backed up and let them get into the dualling (sp?) position. They bowed and then held up their wands. "Expelliarmus ! " Shouted maddie. Tom didn't even need to move to block that one. He silently sent the spell back at her causing her to go flying. Sarah who was currently holding the book chucked it on the ground and ran to help maddie. Chelsea ran off without another word. Tom picked up the book of the floor and gave it to you. "I believe this is yours" you smiled and nodded. "Thank you for that. May I ask why you helped me?" He looked shocked at your question. He let out a breath. "Look y/n I think your a nice girl. I even have moments when I make myself believe that I want to be more than just friends or aquantences (sp?) with you. Yes I know before you say anything that it's impossible for me to feel real love but is it so bad to pretend?" You shook your head. He smiled, "good because I want to try something..." He slowly started leaning down, him being a head taller than you and pressed his lips to yours in in a short sweet kiss. "Wow" you breathed
