Being Sirius Black's daughter part 3

Its the day of the Yule Ball. Girls were rushing everywhere going last minute dress shopping. Boys were trying to find dates to go with. And snow fell. It was beautiful, a truly magical time of the year. Luckily for you, you had bought your dress a while ago. Not for any particular reason you just thought it was really nice. It was a light yellow colour with a grey bow to match your house.

Later that day you were wondering round the castle when you bumped into your brother.Harry had informed you that he was wearing a black and white suit. Ron however was in dress robes 'that smelt like his great aunt Tesse'. You cracked up laughing when Harry told you. He also said that Fred shall meet you at the bottom of the stairs at 7:30 pm. You got excited at the news and rushed back to your dormitory. You and your best friend, Cho, were helping each other with final touches like make up and hair. It was 7:15 so you had to hurry. You put on some silver eye shadow with a light foundation. Bit of mascara and you were ready! Dot on 7:30.

You elegantly walked through the halls getting whispers off peolpe you passed but you ignored them. The nearer to the Hall you got, the louder the music was. You reached the main staircase and saw Fred standing alone looking handsome in his suit - all in black. He was turned the other way so Harry coughed to get his attention. You smiled at your brother. As you glanced at Fred, you saw his mouth was slightly open. Blushing, you walked towards his outstretched hand and took it willingly. In the distance, you saw George sat patiently by the food table for his turn to dance with you. You chuckled at the stubborn boy but turned to Fred who now has his hands on your waist. You hands went to his neck as you both swayed tothe music. No one looked like they knew what they were doing - except Nevile! That kid is a natural! That made the night even better.

When it was Georges turn, Fred went and sat at the food table. George picked you up and span you around. You too kept making up random dance moves until you stopped for a break. You caught eyes with Harry and Ron who were sat alone on one of the benches. Slowly , you approached. You crossed your arms over your chest , "Dates left you?" You smiled. Harry nodded and Ron remained still. Laughing, you grabbed their hands , "Come on guys 'av a bit of fun!"
