Today's the day! Finally after years of waiting I can go to Hogwarts. I should have started last year but my horrid step-father wouldn't let me. My mother works mostly full time as a member of the ministry so neither would be with me at the train platform. She gave me specific instructions to run through the wall between 9 & 10. I was pushing my trolly round people trying to get to the wall.
Once I reached it, a family all of which had ginger hair was already there. I was slightly nervous so waited and let them go first.
"Hello, first time?" I screamed and turned. To twin boys both ginger must be part of the family were stood smiling. I smiled after regaining breath.
"Sorry we really should have introduced ourselves. I'm fred that's George" I shook my head. "No need to apologise. I'm y/n." I shook both their hands awkwardly. "What year are you to in?" I asked. "3rd year" one said. "We're guessing your a first year" the other said. I shook my head again laughing, " I'm actually in 2nd year but im only just about to start actual school. My step father wouldn't let me start last year I'm not sure why" I smiled sadly. They both held me in a friendly hug. "Well y/n you can stick with us the weasley family!" The rest of their family members waved. "Thankyou". "Our little brother Ron starts his first year today so if you can't find us just look for another ginger" we all laughed and got on the train.
I'm so glad my mother let me start this year! The Weasleys are so nice.
