Wow 7 years has been a blast! I've experienced so much and had the time of my life.

I've had the opportunity to join the quidditch team ( and as a captain )
Got to go to the same school AS HARRY POTTER!
See the tri-wizard tournament and meet the girl of my dreams.Though I have yet to say that to her. Shes talented , and intelligent, and gorgeous and - Well you get the idea 'dream girl'. I remember the day we met like it was yesterday.

It was the day of team tryouts, my first as a captain. It was definitely difficult choosing as many students had great talent but when she came on the field- it blew everyone away!
By far the best out of the team. I instantly went over to her to congratulate her saying she'd make "a fair beater welcome to the team!" While shaking her hand. It was so small and delicate compared to my giant man hands. As she was looking at our shaking hands, I was admiring her beautiful face.
The face of y/n y/l/n, the girl who stole my heart but I'm too much of a coward to tell her.

I was sat in the common room thinking of ways to tell her. Fred and George were with me.
" I think you should prank her! Give her a gift box but on the inside make an inflatable snake pop out!" Suggested George. I shook my head laughing, "Seriously guys! I'm trying to get her to date me not scare her away. I can't believe after 2 hours that's all we can come up with" I sighed. Just then, Harry came down the stairs.
"What's all the fuss about?" He asked clearly confused by our depressed expressions. The twins smirked, "Big boy Wood here has a huge crush on y/n" Said Fred happy he just exposed my secret to him. He smiled, "that's brilliant! You'd be great together!". I glared at Fred but then sighed once more, "I've been trying to think of ways to ask her out but no way's good enough!". It was useless, she'd probably say no anyway. Harry came and sat on the sofa next to me. "Hey I may not be the most romantic but I have an idea..."

I was currently in the library waiting for y/n to sit down in her usual seat, hiding behind a bookcase. As the clock struck one, she came in. She was holding a book about a magical dove. Nows the time!

I took out a piece of parchment from my pocket and quickly wrote a note
Date me...? O.W .
Using my wand, I turned it into a dove and flew it over to her desk where it gracefully landed on her book. She gasped but then smiled, to which I did too. She opened the paper and read the note. I saw her cheeks were tinted in pink and her smile grew ever wider. She wrote something on the paper and lifted her wand. It flew right back to me. My hands were shaking as I nervously opened the note.
Of course I will x (your initials) "yessss!" I said out loud- a little too loud. Y/N stopped reading and came over. She laughed once she saw who it was, "have you been here the whole time?" She asked. I nodded ,"I would have waited years if it meant getting the response you gave me" I said while cupping her cheeks. Her beautiful smile peaked through. As I was leaning in, I jolted back when I heard a loud bang ! I looked up to see Fred and George with party poppers. "Mr and Mrs Wood Yay!" They cheered and we both laughed.
