DADA with Ron

You and your friends,
who were in Slytherin,
were heading to professor
Snapes classroom
for you DADA class.
You were known throughout
the school for your
excellent duels. However
this time you had the
class with Gryffindor. Snape started to put people
in pairs. "Draco and harry
...y/n and Ron"
I searched the room for the ginger haired boy. When I found him, he was looking at the floor, obviously disappointed to be paired with me (everyone always is). "Hey cheer up Ron. You may be the first to beat me" I tried to make him smile but failed. "It's no use y/n. You and me both know that your going to win" I sighed. I've had a bit of a crush on him for a while now so I was going to let him win, making sure to look like I was actually trying.

We got into lines facing each other. Ron had a blank expression on his face. "You may begin" said Snape. We bowed and got our wands ready. I went to say a spell, "expel-" but got cut off by him saying it faster. The class gasped. Most were cheering for Ron but the Slytherins were booing and cheered for me. I felt bad as I was going to disappoint them. However the happy look on his face was enough to make me happy. Wandless, I stood there clapping for him. "See I told you you would beat me!" I beamed. He grinned, " Yeah I guess you were right" . I high fived him and went to collect my things. My best friend Draco came over. "I know what you did. It was very nice for a Slytherin" He whispered. "Promise me you won't tell anyone " I begged. He's my best friend surely he wouldn't. " I promise" He replied. I hugged him in return leaving him flustered and ran to the next class.
