I sat down in Ezra's class, trying to avoid eye contact with him. I tried to pay attention but all I could think about was Ezra.
"Alright, your essays are due next week. Make sure it's not late and have a great day."
I tried to rush out the door before Ezra could speak to me but I failed.
"Mrs.Montgomery, may I speak to you? It's actually about your essay and other important things."
"I really have to go."
"It'll just take a minute, please."
"Okay." I started to tear up as he began to speak and I just couldn't take it.
"Did I say anything to make you upset?"
"No, I'm uh, I'm fine."
"Okay, about your essay. Do you need any help with it? I could help if you want me to. You can come over to my apartment if you want to."
"I'm fine and I really think that's a bad idea. I really have to go now bye."
I left quickly before he could catch me again.
"Aria! I love you." he said it softly but I still heard it.
I turned around and I ran towards him and kissed him once.
"I'm so sorry."
I ran to the bathroom and cried my eyes out.
