Every morning, my mom turns on the light in my room at 5:00 am.

I'm such a heavy sleeper to the point if there was an elephant in my room, I wouldn't wake up.

But as soon as you turn on that light, I'm awake.

And once I'm awake, I have trouble going back to sleep so I stay up. Then, when I stay up I get tired and go back to sleep around 9 am and wake up at 12 pm or something.

It's like an endless cycle of madness! I just can't catch a break with my weirdo family.

"Come on guys! Open the door!" I pound on the door, knowing they won't open it. "Please! I won't do it again!"

Earlier this morning.

I snuggle closer to my blanket and dream about the most amazing thing in the world...

Watching a unicorn eating pizza!

Suddenly, something disturbs my dreaming. A horrendous noise, one that will practically make your ears bleed, one that'll leave you in the corner crying.

Ivory laughing.

I lift my head up from my pillow and see Ivory standing In front of my bed, with her hands behind her back.

Huh, what a weird child. I'm positive she was dropped on the head when we left the hospital after she was born.

"What are you doing?" I narrow my eyes at her, watching her every move.

"Nothing!" She gives me a toothy grin. She magically pulls a bucket out from behind her back and I see its full of water.

"Oh, don't you dare do it!" I point a finger at her, wishing I could zap her into 1876. No reason. I just like that number. She proceeds to throw the water on me and run out of my bedroom, laughing evilly. In Ivory's case, laughing normally.

"Oh she dun did it!" I fold my arms over my chest and glare at my bedroom door. How dare you let her in here! She's a witch! A witch I tell you!

Oh well, it's only fair if Sage and Violet get splashed by freezing cold water too.

I stand up from my bed and grab a bucket, filling it up with cold water and allot of ice cubes. I carry the heavy bucket all the way to Sage's room and walk inside.

I see him sleeping peacefully and stop in my tracks. 'Do I really want to disturb my brothers slumber?' I think to myself. 'Heck yes!'
