I love this song! I also think it goes really really well for this chapter and I'm so excited for this.
The reason why I updated this chapter a little late was because I wanted it to be perfect. So I kept going back and back and editing.
So enjoyyy this chapter! The last official chapter of 'The Girl With The Bad Handwriting.'
You don't know how long I waited and planned to upload this chapter!
Ok, ok, enjoy! *cries in corner*

I look at the reflection in the mirror, watching my friends getting prepared for prom. If you haven't noticed, it's prom night today...prom now...prom night right now. Yeah.
"Are you sure you don't want to come with us, Lavender?" Sienna asks me for about the twentieth time tonight. As if I'm gonna go to a stupid dance and wear heels instead of staying at home and watching TV. No thanks. I'm good.
"I'm most certainly positive." I give her a small smile and watch her nod her head at me.
"Ok, I think we're ready." Cherry sighs, standing up from the chair while Sienna copies her actions.
"You guys look beautiful." I say to them in sincerity.
"Thanks Lav, so do you." Sienna smiles at me I furrow my eyebrows.
"But...I'm not wearing a dress..." I look down at my attire and look back up at them.
"She means that you don't need to wear anything special to look beautiful. You're already beautiful inside and out." Cherry comments.
"Stop trying to make me cry." I do my best to look angry at them but end up pulling them both into a group hug. "I'm supposed to be the one to make you guys feel special. Not the other way around." I pout at them. I hear my bedroom door creak open and I look over to see my mom standing in the door way.
"You girls look so grown up!" My mom squeals over them and I can't help but roll my eyes at her. "The boys are waiting for you two downstairs!" Since I wasn't going to prom, my mom decided to invite Cherry and Sienna over so I'd be able to talk to them or something...? Sometimes I'm not able to understand my mom.
Sienna and Cherry quickly exit my bedroom after they here that the boys are here, waiting for them downstairs. I quickly follow them downstairs, watching them interact with their dates. I recognize Cherry's date as that boy that Melissa yelled at the other day and I don't even recognize Sienna's date. I watch as both of the boys stutter, complementing the girls on how beautiful they look.
