When i got home, Ryan's car was in my driveway, hmm? How did he not only get here before me, but remembered my address? I parked the car and pretended to be nice, even though I was a little freaked out.
"Hey Ryan! I thought you were..."
"Hold on...before you go on..." He looked at me deep in the eyes.
"Please...just try this relationship thing with me please..."
"I-" he pulled a rose out of his pocket.
"Please?" Hot damn he looked good in his leather jacket and his smile was so white. His hair was gelled perfect. Even after a night of drinking and talking about this "crush"
"Ryan...you know I have feelings I just..."
"Please..."
"Can't we talk about it later?" I looked at Gracie in the backseat. Still passed out.
"I want to now...to see, if...there's anything...or if this feeling will go away..." He really loved me. I like him to. What do I do?
"I guess we can try this I mean..."
"Perfect..." His voice was a deep growl. So hot. He went to lean in for a kiss but I backed up. His eyes lowered and he bit his lip.
"Sorry..."
"It's fine...but I gotta go." He gave me his number on a menu to the finest restaurant in Chicago.
"This Friday?" I laughed. He was such a sexy gentlemen.
"Sure..." I said smiling like a little girl.
"Before I go...I-I want to let you know, I'm not doing anything. I'm trying this out. I'm seeing what a relationship will be like with a co-worker. I'm not sure I can do this, I don't know you well yet, just give me space too..."
"Of course, I just want to try this out. I really really like you Amber, really." He turned around and got in his car...and drove off.I unbuckled Gracie and got her in the house. It started raining outside, shoot. I couldn't just drop Gracie on the ground, so I let my car door swing open as it started pouring. I dragged her up to my room and set her on the bed. I took her jewelry off and covered her up. I went back downstairs and out the door to shut my car door, but it was shut. Some really heavy winds I guess. I locked the door, and fell asleep on the couch in my going out clothes.
