I looked at Chronic. "The Distortion World? I thought that place was only spoken about in legends... But it's actually real?"
Chronic chuckled, and slightly ruffled my hair. "Of course the Distortion World is real. Where else would Giratina be residing?"
I sighed, slightly blushing as he ruffled my hair. "I-I don't know... I thought people made up the Distortion World so they could hide where Giratina lived by never giving away the true location..."
He smiled. "Well, I can't say I've heard that before, but I actually like that theory. Anyways, it's getting a bit late, so why don't we head back to the ouse?"
I tilted my head, clearly confused. "Hm? Why can't we go right to the Distortion World, or at least camp out at its entrance, and go there in the morning?"
Chronic sighed and put a hand on my shoulder. "We need two special items, as well as Pali's help."
I nodded, but I wasn't exactly getting at what he was saying, as I was quite tired. "Alright..."
Chronic could clearly tell that I was tired, as he pulled me close to him, and wrapped his arms around me, and kissed my forehead. "Why don't we head back now so we can get some rest, and we can pick up on this conversation in the morning?"
I nodded as I leaned my head on his shoulder, already starting to fall asleep.

When I woke up, it was early in the morning, and Chronic was still sleeping. I silently got out of bed, careful not to wake him, and went into the kitchen.
Once I got there, I turned on the T.V., and the news anchors were talking about how surprised they were that the odd freak storm didn't cause virtually any damage at all. I sighed, and opened the refrigerator, and pulled out some Oran Berries, as well as the apple juice, and poured myself a glass, and drank it while eating the berries, feeling a bit peckish.
After I was done eating, I quickly wrote a note saying that I was going down to the beach, and for him to come and get me if I wasn't back by the time he was done eating breakfast and whatnot.
I was sitting on the beach for a while, and quite often some Wingull and Pelipper would come up to me, and I would give them some of the bread that I had brought with me.
It was mid-morning, probably 10 AM or so, and I was in my Vaporeon form, splashing about, when something suddenly grabbed me by the waist, and I was pulled underwater. I was caught by surprise, which caused me to change back into my Vaporeon Pokehuman form, and I suddenly found myself gasping for air. I started to claw at my throat, trying to get air, but to no avail. I then passed out from lack of air.

When I came to, I found myself in my house, lying on the couch, wrapped up in various blankets. I glanced at the clock, and it was 1 PM, and I assumed that it was just later that day.
I then heard Chronic from behind me. "Glad you're awake. I happened to walk outside just as I saw you get pulled under. I would've came and saved you myself, but I can't swim, save my life, so I sent out one of the few Pokemon I've caught, my Feraligatr, and he dived into the water, and saved you from what he told me was a Tentacruel. I'm so glad you're safe.."
I could tell by his tone that he was really worried about me, and I sighed, and sat up, which actually took a bit of effort, as my body was still very sore. "Chronic... You know I'm going to be ok. I'm strong, and I know that you know that I am strong."
He smiled and kissed me, and I kissed back. "Of course, Sarah. Anyways, we should probably talk about what I need."
I nodded. "Yeah. Well, knowing what I know, I'd say... We'd need the Adamant and Lustrous Orbs?"
Chronic sighed, and hesitated before nodding. "Yes, well, more the Adamant Orb, as Pali has me guard her Orb."
I tilted my head. "Alright... Then doesn't she have your Orb?" I asked, quite confused.
He shook his head. "No, I... I keep my Orb in a place that only Pali and I know of."
I scratched my head, sighing. "Alright... And where might that be?"
He hesitated, as if pondering if he should tell me. "... A place known as the Hidden Land."
I almost burst into laughter. "The Hidden Land? Is that, what, some little sanctuary you made in the timespace continuum?"
He shook his head. "No. It's in a whole other dimension, and... It... It might take a toll on you, traveling through dimensions, but I should be able to neutralize the effects ... If they were to occur... Do you think we can head out now?"
I hesitated, letting it all sink in, and nodded, and got up with Chronic's help. "Yeah. Let's go."
He nodded, and created a portal, and we went through, stepping into an area of what I assumed to be this other dimension, and it was nothing like anything I've ever seen.
