Chapter 18

Hayley's POV

Chris had picked me up at the Canadian border 3 days ago and now it's the 25 of August, precisely 5 days after Ashley died. She would have been born in September...

"Say hello to the camera Hales," Chris says pointing the camera at me while his brother laughs on the couch. The two know I'm hiding and they tease me by trying to record me and now they finally have.

"Chris no...! I'm hiding, remember?" I say and hide behind my white hair and continue eating my burger from Mc Donald's.

Crawford grabs the camera from his brother and shove it right in my face, "You know he won't post it, he's too nice... But I might..." he teases causing me to playfully glare at him.

"Well it is your last night here so we can make a few videos, right?" Crawford jokes causing me to shake my head at the ground with a distant smile on my face as I eat my food.

I know I'm fat and should probably start eating cotton, but I'm craving a bunch of food lately, probably because of the hole Luke thing. I think my body knows when to eat its problems away... Unfortunately, my body is lead with my heart and my head with my brain, so my body is pretty stupid.

"Hayley won't you make me the happiest guy around and be my bride?" Crawford asks, and I can't tell if he's joking or not, causing me to choke on my food.

"Crawford, no!" Chris laughs, causing Crawford to start laughing along. "You people are crazy," I say after I stopped coughing.

"Yeah, crazy about you," Crawford says smugly, while Chris's cheeks flare pink. Crawford then shoves the camera in his face and teases him for blushing, causing him to blush even more, while glancing at me apologetically.

Crawford ends the video and disappears in his room, probably to edit it. Even if he does send it, it would take 4 hours and 51 minutes to get here from LA to Canada.

Now it's almost 18:00 so I decide to go and take a bath, so I tell Chris and go upstairs. "I posted the video Hayley, so I'm gonna go now, enjoy the rest of your night and goodbye," Crawford says right when I try and enter the guest room.

"Alright, bye Crawford," I say and hug him. I get in my room and grab my Pikachu onesie, bra and underwear. I then grab my slippers and move to the bathroom.

It takes me about 50 minutes to find the bubble bath, because of what I assume is PMS pains that are hurting my stomach.

While I let the bath fill, I check my phone just as I get a Facetime from Kita. I always answer Kita's Facetime's to check on her ever so often, so I answer it.

"Just a fair warning my onesie loving friend, we are coming for you and we know you're in Canada," Kita says, causing me to role my eyes.

Even if you do get here within the 4 hours of driving, it will also take you time to find out where I live and by that time, I'm long gone," I tell her smugly.

"Just surrender now, Hales... You can't run from your problems forever... Plus The boys actually care so much that Their taking an even longer break then needed now so they could find you," She says.

"Great! Why don't we make it a scavenger-hunt and invite all the girlfriends, huh?! Why don't we make a rule of whoever finds Hayley first could scratch out her eyes with their fucking claws why don't we!" I say angrily and end the Facetime just when Luke enters the screen.

I take a deep breath and close the taps when there's a knock on the door, "Hey, Hayley... Are you okay...?" I hear Chris ask, causing me to sigh. "Yeah I'm fine, I was just talking to Kita and we got in an argument, it's nothing serious," I tell him and notice that it's 19:00 by now.
