Clyde's P.O.V.

I woke up with blaring emotions pounding in my head, irritated and annoyed that was already enough to kick Harold's ass.

The morning passed by sluggish and slow but not facing Harold at the time seemed like heaven.

5 o'clock came, and by no means was I against it, quite frankly I welcomed it. Turning at the left corner i pushed open the white metallic doors only to find a short man, with a sour expression written across his face. His eyebrows twitched at the sound of the door hitting against the metallic wall.

"It's about time you got here." Harold snarled.

Irritated, my mouth almost opened but closed instantly, saving every last bit of anger for the beating.

Melissa immediately entered the training room moments after Harold's comment, stepping onto the observatory deck she began operating the entire system.

The security cameras lights turned red, the match ring lowered and formed a perfect space for sparing, and Melissa turned on her microphone as soon as Kronos stood behind her.

Testing the mic a bit and checking the system again, she began explaining the rules.

" Hello guys, I'll begin with the introduction to the rules while we set up, even though you guys already know this. I feel like I still need to REMIND you of them.

NO WEAPONS. This match is a hand to hand combat.

NO SEVERE INJURIES. I don't need anymore people in the infirmary.

MUST STOP WHEN TIME IS UP. You must stop when 5 min are up, no overtime.

YOU MUST STOP WHEN YOUR OPPONENT ADMITS DEFEAT. I know you guys will not tend to do that but it's still a rule none the less.

DO NOT KILL EACH OTHER. I don't care how your personal feelings are towards each other but no killing."

Once Melissa finished her explanation of the rules, Kronos informed us the match will start in 1 min and to get into our sparing position.

Of course Harold opened his mouth again,

"I do hope you will not cry too hard when you lose." Harold commented with a very irritating tone.

"Thanks, but I don't plan on losing." I remarked.

Placing my legs into a defensive stance and hunching forwards a little all that was left was for Melissa to say 'begin'.

Melissa adjusted her mic one more time, straightening her seat one more time the words left her mouth in a blink of an eye.

Harold's POV

As soon as Melissa had pronounced the first letter of "Begin", I started at Clyde, going at him with a quick kick to his right side. Clyde may have had strength and size over me, but I was quick, and much smarter than him.

Much, much smarter than him.

As my kick collided with Clyde's arm, which he had used to block it, he flinched slightly, but otherwise seemed unaffected.

"That was a nice kick, Harold, but you'll need to do more to break Clyde's defense." Kronos called down at me. I looked up at him, and nodded, feeling determined to break him.

I circled Clyde like a predator stalking its prey, trying to find his weak spot.

I jabbed at his left shoulder, hoping to get it out of the position Clyde had gotten it in. The hulking giant managed to dodge out of it, though, and I stumbled.
