Day 7
I turned around to run out the door. But I was met with Cameron's face.
"Hi Cameron." I said sheepishly.
"No more hiding anything Lucy." Kira said from behind me.
"You're going to sit down and tell us everything." Cameron said forcing me onto the floor seated in front of the three of them.
"Everything." Vivian stated lifting her key card in the air gesturing to the fact that she knew I lied about it.
"We're your friends Lucy, why would you lie to us?" Kira asked.
I just put my head down. I don't know why I lied to them. They were right, they were my first friends here, they welcomed me in to their group and stood up for me. And now I was lying to them.
" I don't know. I was so great full when you guys became my friends. I don't know why I lied. I wasn't thinking. But I'm ready to tell you everything." I played with the buttons on my jacket.
"Finally." Cameron rolled her eyes.
"It was a boy. He's from the boys building. He told me everything." I divulged.
"Was that the guy out there?" Vivian asked.
"Yes." I smiled.
"How does he know?" Kira asked.
"Miss Genevieve is his mother." I said slowly.
They all just stared at me. Kira's face went white. Her eyes froze.
"A-Andrew?" Kira stuttered out.
"Yeah, what's wrong." I asked concerned.
Kira looked around the room frantically.
"I'm going to get some water." She stood and left the room.
"What was that?" I asked when the door closed behind her.
"It's a story for another day." Cameron brushed t off and stood up.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. I just told you guys everything. Your turn." I protested.
"Seriously Lucy. Another time." Vivian followed Cameron out.
I was left alone sitting in the middle of the floor with too many questions and not enough answers. I'm sick of this feeling that no one is telling me the whole story. I miss my life where there were no secrets. I knew everything. Now I feel like a child and everyone I telling me 'I'm too young to know.'
I slipped into my bed and looked at my alarm clock. 12:30 in the morning. I clicked my lamp off and rolled over. I heard Kira come in and get in her bed.
"Good night Lucy." She whispered and clicked off the light.

I put on my blue jean shorts and a black tank top. I put on a see-through cover up with a tribal print.
I looked at myself in the long mirror on the back of the door. Fixing my hair into a high pony tail. I slipped into some black converse and applied a little more red lipstick.
"I'm leaving now Kira." I whispered to her. She was face down in bed with her head straight down into her pillow.
"Ok." Came out muffled.
I sighed. It was 1:50 and Kira was still in bed. I pushed the door open and locked it behind me.
I walked to the nursery with a spring in my step. I couldn't wait to go outside. If anyone could be able to get outside it would be Andrew.
