Erens POV

I woke up to the pleasant darkness of my room, I got up to get ready and made my way downstairs to where Levi was waiting in the lobby.

"What are we doing today?" I asked as I approached him where he was drinking tea at a small table. He looked up at me from under his black bangs. He put his tea down.

"Shopping, we are going to design a new you" He said as if repeating something he had already heard.

"Hanji is coming too" He added while getting up and sending a small wave to someone, I turned to see who. A person with reddish brown hair tied messily in a ponytail made their way over to us. She had big glasses that almost looked like goggles resting on her head, her warm brown eyes were full of energy.

"Levi! Eren!" She yelled out making her way towards us quickly. The second she was in touching distance she enveloped us in a hug.

"H-hey Hanji" I managed to say through her crushing arms around my rib cage. I glance over at Levi expecting him to make a greeting. His face was squished against Hanjis chest due to his height, and to say he looked uncomfortable was a major understatement. I felt sorry for him and pushed Hanji off of the both of us. He sent me a look that said 'thank you' I gave him a small smile in return.

"So boys" She said clasping her hands together, "let's go make fashion history" She said with a weird voice and even creepier smile.

"Uh, alright?" I said uncertainly. Honestly, she was starting to worry me. I felt Levi's hand touch my back and push me towards the door.

"Lets go Hanji" He called sternly over his shoulder. The crazy woman followed like an obedient puppy.

We ended up at a huge clothing store with a lot of variety. I looked at the cavernous store in wonder.

"So Eren,"I heard Levi say from behind me, I turned.

"What the hell do you want to do?" He said gesturing to the vast store in front of me, I opened my mouth to answer, but Hanji butted in.

"He obviously wants this" She said holding an outfit of leather short-shorts and a leather vest with a lot of unconventional zippers. My eyes widened in horror. I looked at Levi for help, but he was staring at his shoes, red on his cheeks. Guess I wasn't getting his help after all.

"Hanji, put that away" I said exasperatedly. She pouted, but went to hang it back up. I took a sip from my water bottle and turned back to Levi who was looking at his black combat boots as if they were the most interesting thing on the planet.

"C'mon Levi, lets go" I said, about to smile, but remembered that my fangs were probably very prominent right now, so I restrained myself. He looked up, no trace of pink in his cheeks.

We looked at a bunch of different weird outfits to 'inspire who I'll be as an artist'. We ended up deciding on having a mysterious side, and energy. So we decided my theme was going to be based around black and grey and white. They got me a few pairs of black and grey boots along with converse and vans. They loaded up on plain white tees and black ones as well. They got me black jeans that had a stripe of leather down the sides. They also got me a wide variety of grey and black hoodies and track pants along with jackets, so many jackets. The last thing they passed to me was a black, elegant masquerade mask. It looked like some sort of bird with narrowed arching eyes and a thin, curving beak that faded from black to silver. It covered the whole upper half of my face and left under the beak exposed. It was a beautiful mask.

"That will be your icon" Hanji said when she saw me staring at it. Levi was looking at it curiously. I grinned, it was perfect.

On our way back, Levi's trunk was filled with a large assortment of clothing and accessories. Levi had told me earlier that none of this was to wear in everyday life, that it was all for concerts and public outings. I don't know what a big celebrities life is like, but it has to be better than what I was living before. When we got back Levi, Hanji and I brought all of the clothing into a floor in the building called the dressing room. For good reason too. The whole floor was made of multiple makeup tables, like the ones you see in movies with a bunch of yellow glowing light bulbs around the mirror. There was also a whole wall filled with grey curtains, I assume those led to small changing cubicles. On another was was doors, lots and lots of doors. We were making our way to one of those doors. The windowless door had a small black label that said 'Jaeger, Eren' I thought it looked weird. Levi must have noticed.

"You are aloud to change it, to a nickname, or preferred name, or even as a joke" He said gesturing to the label on the door next to me. It said 'HORSEFACE.. gotcha' So I assumed that people who had friends in this establishment changed their labels for fun. I wonder how often they did it. Maybe I could make friends too.

Hanji opened the door with the hand that was available. It was just a small room with lots of drawers and hanging racks. We loaded the room up and after we were done, it was almost filled with shades of black, white and grey. I noticed through a window that the sun was fading away behind the landscape of buildings that surrounded us. I said goodbye to Hanji and Levi and went up to my room to relax. Almost as soon as I got to my room my phone went off singing the Bohemian Rhapsody in my pocket. I pulled it out.

Levi.

I pressed answer. A grin found its way to my face.

"Jello, JaegerBombtastic speaking, please state your emergency" I said while leaping over the back of the couch to sit down with a glass of blood in my hand, grin still plastered on my face. I heard Levi sigh on the other end.

"Hey Eren, I just got a call from Erwin" He said emotionlessly.

"Soooo, what does that have to do with me?" I said, taking a sip out of my drink. I heard him sigh again.

"He said he has booked a Debut show for you" I sat up straight. This was awesome, but what was I supposed to sing, right now I only had one song.

"What! Where is it, when? What am I going to sing?" I questioned, worries spewing from my mouth.

"Well it is in a month at the Twin Palms Entertainment Center (made this up) He still hadn't answered my other question.

"Well what am I goi-" I was cut of by Levi's perfectly calm voice.

"Right after Erwin recruited you he dug through your apartment" Levi said matter-of-factly.

"He what?" I said angrily, I felt my fangs grow at the surge. Levi continued as if he hasn't heard me.

"And he found a bunch of other songs you had written, some dating back to as far as five years ago" I felt my face set into a scowl. He had no right to rummage through my stuff with out asking me. My fangs dug painfully into my lower lip. Levi kept talking.

"So he wants you to make a melody for them and sing them at your concert" I felt my lips curl into a cruel smirk.

"And where is my music?" I said.

"With Erwin of course" I felt my plan form. I was terrified of it. I tried shaking the thought out of my head. For a brief moment I had considered killing him. What the hell is wrong with me, does the vampire thing give me anger issues or something. I wish I knew more about myself. I said goodbye to Levi and ended the call.

I went to bed with an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach.
