"Thank you for coming to this emergency meeting of astronomy club."
"Why did you bring us here, Lily?" asks Adam.
"It's been over a month since we last saw Sunita," she replies. "But she's not dead. I think I know where she is."
Donna rolls her eyes. "She was kidnapped by Mrs Nightcast, obviously. It took you a month to realise this?"
Lily turns away, embarrassed. "I thought she was tied up in the bottom of a pirate ship stage in a Las Vegas theme park."
Donna takes the imaginary stage. "Well, anyway, how are we going to save that tramp, along with the rest of the world? There are only four of us."
Adam looks annoyed. "Make that three. That guy bailed on us."
Lily tilts her head. "What guy?"
"The guy no one knows the name of, who used to come to astronomy club. Apparently he cracked under the pressure. I can't say I blame him, though..."
Donna flips her (fake) blonde hair. "He was a traitor and a scoundrel. I don't want to save Sunita either, but what other choice do we have? I don't want to be a coward like him."
"Hm," says Adam. "I may have an idea..."
"Wait just a second," Donna says to him. "You two will be pleased to know that I've actually been doing a lot of solo work on this mission. I already have a map demonstrating the location of Mrs Nightcast's headquarters. I'm willing to bet anything that if Sunita is still alive, she's somewhere in that building."
"Wow, Donna, you must really care about Sunita."
Donna becomes flustered. "No, Lily, I definitely do not. I just... want to be the heroine, alright? I can assure you that I don't love- I mean, have any sort of feelings towards her. Anyway, uh, Adam, what was your idea?"
He is already removing his clothes.
"What are you doing?" asks Lily in terror. She can't look but she can't not look. However, all becomes clear when he has removed his outer layer of clothing.

"Oh my goodness..." says Lily in awe. "Well, I guess it's time to reveal my true form..."

They both turn to Donna in expectation.
"Oh, sorry, guys..." says the girl quietly. "I do have a secret costume but it's not quite as... good."

Suddenly, Zac walks into the room.
"What are you guys doing here? What's going on?!"
Donna tries to calm him down. "It's fine, Zaccy-poo. There's no time to explain the full story, but we have to save Sunita from Mrs Nightcast, the evil witch. Are you in?"
"Wait, Mrs Nightcast is a witch?!" asks Zac. "No one ever tells me anything!"
"Come on, Zac," pleads Donna. "We don't have time for this. The longer we wait, the closer to death Sunita may become. We have to rescue her or the world will be in grave danger. Are you in?"
He considers the offer. "For the planet... for Sunita... I'm in! Let's do it! It's a good thing I'm always prepared."
He rips off his clothes to reveal tight, leopard print underwear.
"Um, Zac," says Lily, "I know our outfits are risqué and all, but at least we pass for PG. Don't worry, we'll get you a lab coat on the way."
"Come on, let's go and save the world!" says Adam excitedly. It's the first time there has ever been expression in his voice. What a day!
They leap out the window and all land outside on their feet. Beginning their long journey, they are ready to be superheroes.
