 A knock came at my door. Soft sunlight streamed from a crack in my purple curtains."Hmm?" I said sleepily, yawning. " Wake up, Ender" called a maid. " I'm awake!" I replied, hopping off the bed and throwing on my favorite clothes. It's my birthday! I grabbed my favorite hat, a grey cap with wolf ears on it, and ran out, almost shoving the maid out of the way. " Sorry!" I said as her face turned a shade of red. I bounded to the throne room, practically vibrating with excitement. I stopped at the doors hearing Notch speaking with someone."-will find out her powers. What can I do?" Notch said, his voiced muffled by the door. " You can't keep her here forever. She's already 16! Her aura will become stronger, then the barriers on the city will never conceal her from Him." said a deep voice said. Are they talking about... me?" I know that!" Notch said angrily. " Seto and your youngest brother will find her soon enough." the voice said again, ignoring Notch's outburst. Notch sighed." After today, she will not be going anywhere." I gasped and covered my mouth." Did you hear that?" Notch said quietly. I ran away as soft as I could, and grabbed my black backpack and stuffed everything I need in it: First Aid, clothes, emeralds, my knife, and other various things.  I then ran to the entranced and forced the guard to open the door. I knocked him out so he wouldn't rat on me and tried to blend into the civilians. I ran into an alley way to catch my breath. I took out a grey cloak and put it on so it covered my face. I was just about to leave when a voiced called out behind me," Hello pretty girly... wanna play?" I turned around to see a man with piercing blue eyes and a tight smile. In his hand was a small ball of fire. ... A powerborn.
