SO SORRY THERE WERE A LOT OF MISTAKES ON MY LAST CHAPTER IM GOING TO REREAD THIS ONE BEFORE POSTING IT. I WAS JUST REALLY EXCITED TO POST THE FIRST CHAPTER!

Peridot's POV

I returned home after slipping and falling on my butt in the middle of the hallway. I had just switched schools from my crappy old one that was right in the middle of the ghetto. They closed that one down because of all the danger the area caused to the students. So I moved to this one. In the middle of the suburbs. A new school that opened about like a year ago. It was close to my house but I started at the other ghetto one and just a stayed.

Ha anyways. I adjusted my backpack strap AGAIN because there were so many books that it made my shoulder hurt. I walked past the purple house next to mine that had been up on the market for a while now. It was three stories, painted lavender with white and light grey trimming, and for a suburb neighborhood, it was strangely RIGHT next to my house. Very close. I saw some movers unloading the U-Haul trucks as I peeked around our balcony as I unlocked my front door. I guess someone's moving in. "I hope they're not annoying 11 year olds" I whispered to my self as I threw my backpack down and kicked off my converse.

The stairs that were right in front of the doorway, I walked up to my room. The stairs creaked, as always, since these houses in the neighborhood were so old. I peeled off my ankle socks as I ran up the steps and tripped. I slammed my self face first in to hardwood floor at the top. My room was directly to the right of the steps near none of the other rooms. Good. I walked into the carpeted room and squished my small feet against it. Then, purposely this time, I feel onto the ground of the ivory carpet. I rubbed my cheek against it and groaned. Good to be home after my first day of school at this new suburban kid school. Rough day. I slowly pushed my self up using my small pale arms and turned on the Bluetooth sound system. My walls were made soundproof as my last birthday gift, just so I could blare music when ever I wanted. Best. Gift. Ever.

"Siri," I said "play Marina and the Diamonds" "alright Grandmaster Peridot, what song by Ma-Rina and the Di-a-monds would you like me to play?" She returned. I smirked at the name I told her to call me. "Uh how about.....The Outsider!" I said enthusiastically. And returned to my R.B.F. The song played and I clicked the volume button up a few times until I got to the desired volume, aka, the volume where you couldn't hear yourself talk. But this, this was peaceful to me. I sat at the window seat, across from the door, that looked out into the empty neighbors house, well... not empty any more. I straightened my Neon Nature white tour shirt and looked at Marina's face them brought my knees to my face and wrapped my arms around them. I glanced over into the neighbors house and saw a short girl (but still taller than me probably) paste an Electra Heart poster on her wall then walk away and shut the door. I waited to see her come back, but she didn't. Hm
