Jay sat in the rocking chair holding Jack close and tight to his chest. He never wanted to let him go. He wanted to keep him small forever. He thought about what his life would be like without him. But He couldn't imagine it now that he has him. He couldn't imagine his life without Erin. All he ever dreamed over was having kids, with a girl he loved. He did he had kids with the girl he never knew he would love as much as he does. He let her sleep in since she hasn't gotten much sleep. It had been three months since the kidnapping and they nightmares had gone away,Jay was just trying to enjoy the days he had off with his son.
Jay held him close and tight to his chest, never wanting to let go of him. He wants more kids with Erin. There's nothing he wants more.
Jay got up from the rocking chair and decided to put Jack in some clothes then take him out for the day maybe go visit the zoo or just give Erin a break. She needed it badly. She decided to go back to work after Jack turned one that way she didn't miss out on anything. Jay and her never argued they left the subject alone when one night Jay got tired of it and left the house not saying a word just leaving out the door.
"Jack, ready to go see Grandma?" Jack smiled with his gummy mouth. Jay put the long pants on him then the long sleeve shirt and a jacket. Jay put him in the car seat and left a note for Erin. It was only 9 in the morning and he didn't want her worrying.
Jay left the house with his son and he drove to his mom's. He knocked on the door and his sister opened it.
"Hey sis, what's wrong?""Nothing Mom and I are enjoying tea. I left Harper and Mikey at home because they are both sick with the flu, and I can't risk them getting more sick." Jay smiled as his mom unbuckled his son and held him.
"Jay,he's beautiful. I always knew you'd make cute kids. Why isn't your wife here?"
"I let her sleep in today." Charles his dad came walking out of the back room, holding the tv remote in his hand. Jay's mouth shot open.
"Holy crap." Jay mumbled.
"What a surprise Jay. You decided to come visit? Whose kid?" Jay smiled
"Mine, his name is Jackson Richard. I was planning on telling you but last time we spoke you were pissed off at me. So I decided not to tell you I was only going to see mom."
"Who's the lucky girl? Is it your partner?"
"Yes it is Dad. She's wonderful." saw hi but he knew he couldn't take a chance and ruin the one thing that made him happy having a son and Erin. Jay drove to the district on the way there Erin called him.
"Hey baby, I'm on my way to the district. I'll tell you about my mom when I get home. Jack is doing great. I love you."
"Jay, where is the bacon?"
"Uh Er, it's almost twelve in the afternoon. I'll pick something up." Erin chuckled.
"Okay be back soon. I'll be waiting." Jay chuckled then turned around he pulled into Wendy's and got her some food then drove home. He picked up the car seat and the food then walked inside. He put Jack in his bed so he could fall asleep then he walked into the living room. He saw Erin sitting on the couch.
"Hi Baby." Erin smiled and jumped into his arms.
"I missed you babe." Jay hugged her tightly. Erin started kissing him.
"Babe your food is gonna get cold." Erin chuckled,
"Who cares." Jay picked her up and brought her into the bedroom.
Adam rocking Sierra back to sleep as Kim walked back in the room.
"I think we have the perfect little gir. If we never have any more kids. I am perfectly fine." Adam kissed Kim.Jay then looked at the clock it was 4 in the morning and they had heard cries coming from Jack's room. Jay got up and walked to the room.
"Hey bud. Daddy's here." Jay picked him up and kissed him then laid him on he changing table. Jay opened the diaper and it was okay.
"You must be hungry bud." Jay kissed his tiny head then walked to the kitchen and grabbed a bottle. Erin walked into the kitchen and watched as Jay fed their four month old son. Jay smiled and she didn't think he'd smile.
Erin walked into the room and kissed Jay on the forehead.
"One day Jack you'll change the world but for now you are our little boy and stay that way forever. I love you my little warrior." Erin said as she was handed Jack. Erin sat in the rocking chair. Jay stood in the doorway watching them.
"We make cute kids Erin."
Erin turned her head. "I want more Jay. Just maybe two more. I definitely want to try for a girl." Jay chuckled, then kissed his wife.
"Erin, let's wait Til this one is older. Maybe we can started when he's three. Giving the circumstances. I don't want to rush anything. You have to start planning the wedding." She smiled then put Jack in his crib.
"We can wait, because I don't want having two kids under 2. That would not be good." Erin laid next to Jay in the bed listening to sound of the wind.
"Jay, I want to do purple lilac and grey for the colors." Jay shook his head.
"Whatever you want baby. I don't care. We can have a million colors and I still wouldn't care." Jay kissed her.
"No Coral and grey. You and the guys have to go tux shopping and me and Kim, Carlie can go dress shopping."
"Sure darlin. I can't wait. Also the date should be July 9 because that's the day we met."
"Then it's set July 9." Erin turned the light off and went to sleep happy that night.
