Leaving Me

Chapter 14

Franky's POV:

Its Tuesday, guess what that means, school. We had Monday off because apparently it was a teachers institute. You know teachers make my life hell why the hell do they get an institute, what ever that even is.

Its school so I gotta get ready. I grab my phone off of my charger and go straight to the bathroom to take a shower. I reach the bathroom, which is just Just down the hall. I open the door to the bathroom  and walk over to the shower to turn the hot knob up all the way. I love my showers very hot, I don't know why I just do. After doing that I set my phone down and click on the music App to blare The Story So Far.
I turn it up on high volume.

I strip off my PJs and hop into the shower. There are clouds of steam already filling the bathroom.

I'm finished with my shower and I took a bit longer in there than expected. So instead of straightening my hair as usual I just throw it into a high pony tail. I put on my makeup which containers of mascara and winged eyeliner. I quickly pull on some black leggings and light grey jumper. Its a little chilly for Australia today so I decided not to wear shorts. I slip on some flip flops that are luckily up stairs in my room.

I check the time and it's 7:05. Okay that's alright school starts in a little less than an hour. And I have my car now so I should be fine. (She painted it over the weekend.)

I run down the stairs and oddly see my dad!
"Oh my god dad! I've missed you much!" I run up to him and hug him as tight as possible. I surprised him so a little coffee that was in his mug dripped onto the floor.

"Hey sweety I'm so sorry that I haven't been home. My hours have been insane but I made my hours less so I can actually see my daughter." He said laughing a bit. I'm so glad he is here.

"Okay well that's great. But I have to go to school. Love you!"

I grab my keys off of the hook in the kitchen and pick up my back pack. And jog out the door. I open the door to my freshly painted car, i decided that instead of just painting the hood I painted door to the  whole car. Its a deep blue now, I love it.

I hop in and set my backpack in the passenger side. And I start the car. I look up and I see my dad waving. I wave back and pull out of the driveway.

I've been driving for a little while now and as usual I see Luke. I stop the car next to him. I can't believe I'm doing this.
"Hey Luke do you need a lift?"

Luke looked over at me with a little bit of shock drawn on his face.
"Uh yeah sure, thank you." I moved my bag to backseat and unlocked the door for him. He opened the door and buckled up.

"I didn't know you had a car." He said kind of quietly.

"Yeah I have had it for awhile but some ass hole vandalized it on the first day of school. It said some pretty mean stuff."
I responded to him nonchalantly.
He looked over at me with anger.

"Whoever did that to your car I will beat their ass."
His response really surprised me. Who knew little Luke could be so tough. I smiled at him "I'll let you know if I find out who did it."

"Please do." I like it when Luke laughs.
Luke started playing on his phone for awhile. The car was silent but it wasn't awkward, it was peaceful. I turned the car and the school was just ahead. When I turned Luke dropped his phone onto the floor.
"Oh sorry here I got it." I said.
"No please don't touch it just keep driving!"
Luke screamed at me.

Where the hell did that come from? We pulled up to the school.
Luke ran out of the car.

"I'm sorry Franky I-"
And then he left without finishing his sentence.
What was that all about.

A/N: see what i did there^^^.  Anyways so guys I got bored so I wrote this. Sorry its so short I just thought it would be good to cut off here. I hoped you liked it I did haha.
