All I Saw Was Blood

I've stayed locked in my room for a day and a half, not wanting to run the chance of seeing Fernando or Jorge. The one small problem of hiding in my room for the past day and a half was gnawing at my stomach... Food. I needed something to eat, I know I'm going to have to go downstairs eventually but I'm so scared of them.

I slowly and carefully walked out of my room and downstairs. I raided the fridge and made myself a delicious ham sandwich. After I finished eating and cleaned everything, I started to head back up to my room but I freezed when I heard the front door swing open.

Matteo struts into the house.

Matteo: KARA!!!!

I viciously shake my head left and right while holding my finger to my lips, signaling him to shut up before someone heard him. He looked utterly confused. He glided over to me before grabbing my hand and pulling me into a random room and closing the door behind him.

Matteo: can I ask why we have to be quiet?

He asks with a slight chuckle

Kara: Fernando told me I'm not allowed to speak to you.

Matteo: well doesn't that just sound like typical jealous Fernando. Follow me

Matteo once again grabs my hand pulling me out of the room and into the foyer before he begins to shout, while still holding onto my hand.

Matteo: FERNANDO!!

Fernando and Jorge emerge at the stop of the stairs. Fernando's face changed from neutral to complete and utter fury when his eyes landed on Matteo and I.

Matteo: You don't want her to speak to me?!? Fine we won't do any talking at all!

Matteo instantly pulled me close and smashed his lips to mine, at first I was completely shocked. Just when I was about to respond to the kiss, the most eruptive roar came from above us and the sound captured the entire room.

Fernando: KARA!!!!!!

Next thing I knew Matteo had been ripped off of me and all I saw was blood.
