The Retweet

intro/ chapter 1

Hi, I'm Peyton Colman. I'm 16 and I live in LA. I've lived in LA since I was 8, I use to live in NYC. I go to a private school and I've meet my best friends there. That's also where I meet my boyfriend Nick. Nick and I have been dating for a year now and it's been great. He's captain of the football team and plays lacrosse. I do so many sports that I don't have time to check my Twitter. Lately, Nick and I haven't been spending time together.~ but it's all good. I also noticed that everything I tweet something about Jace Norman he either likes it or retweets it.

There's a secret I don't tell my friends: I have a thing for Jace Norman. I know it sounds weird but I do. I keep it a secret so that my reputation doesn't get ruined.

Peyton's POV
I walk to the shore and and intertwine my hand with Nick's. I take a picture and caption it: 💞 I tweet: sunset shore watching is the best. I turn off my phone and look at Nick. He smiles and lifts up my chin and says "Peyton, why are you so beautiful?"~ I blush. He pecks my lips and wraps his arm around my waist. I rest my head on his shoulder and say " I love you." ' I love you too.'
** 1 month later **
          I grab my lacrosse bag and my school bag. I go into the locker room and change. I sit on the bleachers in my uniform #21, and I tweet : wish me luck on my lax game. I turn off my phone and grab my stick. I pick up the ball and practice my throws. I look up and see Maeve. She walks over and says "get ready to win!"~ we do our handshake. I laugh and say "this is our last game to win for the season." The coach blows the whistle and yells"TEAM HUDDLE!"
** skip to ending of game blah blah blah 😂😂**
       The score was 20:9. I pick up the ball and run to the goal. I look at the clock~ 30 seconds left. I lift up my stick and throw the ball. It goes but starts to go down but Maeve comes in and catches it. She throws it back to me and I throw into the goal and make it. I drop my stick and my jaw opens. I look at my coach who gives me a thumbs up. I smile and jump up. My team comes around me and lifts me up. They put me down and Nick hugs me. He kisses me and says " Peyton that was amazing!"
Jace's POV
       I go onto Twitter and see a tweet they stands out : wish me luck on my lax game. I furrow my eyebrows and think " this girl plays lacrosse?!" I retweet it and tweet : give this girl some luck. 😁. I look at the girl's account:Peyton. I decide to follow her.  I see that her bio had her Instagram. I go on the account and look at her recent post: her playing lacrosse. I like it and comment : nice. 👏🏽
