chapter 5

HOLA! it's been a long time. sorry. I wasn't feeling very wattpad worthy. 😂 I'll try my best to update. I'm gonna be gone the whole week so I might do another update in 2 weeks.
Jace's POV
      I walk up my front steps and open the door. My sister is watching tv on the couch and I jog up to my room. I look at my clock and see its 10:30. I sigh and go on my phone. I go into snapchat and see Julia's story. I open it and see a picture: add me peytoncoleman . I add her and watch her story. It's basically her and her boyfriend. I hear a ding and see a notification: Peyton // Scott's is such a good place for a date. 😊 I laugh and think " she went to my dad's restaurant." I tweet : heading to Santa Barbara tomorrow.
Peyton's POV
I look out the window and see the night waves roll. I look at my phone and see its 10:45. I go onto Twitter and see Jace's tweet: heading to Santa Barbara tomorrow. I like it and tweet: same.! having a game there tomorrow. 😉 I turn off my phone and snuggle into my bed. I was about to turn off the lights when Julia bursts into my room. I groan and say "what the hell JULIA!" Julia smiles and says 'sorry'😁 " it's just that Jace saw my story that you put." I grab her phone and see it.{ I felt butterflies} I quickly grab my phone and see who recently added me. It said 'Jace_norman' I smile and say " uggh... he's to much. 💞" I put something on my story: Santa Barbara, game on 🏆
** in Santa Barbara **
I walk onto the field and lay my equipment on the grass. I pull out my phone and text Nick: wish you were here. Nick replies : I know babe. I wish I was there with you. 😘 I smile and turn off my phone. I turn around and see Julia practicing her throws with Bianca.
** after the game **
         Bianca, Julia and I walk up to a cafe and buy some ice tea. I slouch down in the chair and think " 1 more game till the competition." I look up and see a guy with dirty blonde hair walk up to the counter. I push myself up and tug on Julia's sleeve. She looks at me and says " what?" ~ I point to the guy. Her jaw opens and she whispers " it's Jace." I suddenly feel happy/nervous. I breathe in and walk up to the guy. I tap his shoulder and he turns around. I look into his eyes and feel like I'm gonna faint.
Jace's POV
         I walk into a cafe and order my drink. I'm on my phone when someone taps my shoulder.~ I turn around. I'm face to face with..... Peyton. I smile and say " hey, you." Peyton blushes and says " hi. I'm a huge fan 😁 😂 " I laugh and grab my drink. I walk to a table. Peyton sits with me and says " it's really funny that we come to SB on the same day." ~ I nod and look into her eyes. { they were hazel and were sparkling}  She pulls out her phone and takes a picture of my drink. I furrow my eyebrows and say " what was that?" " I'm putting it on my story : hanging in Santa Barbara with someone fun " I look on her story and I also put something : back in Santa Barbara 🕶 { a picture of Peyton }
             Peyton looks at me and says " I still can't believe I'm actually talking to the Jace Norman. Like I've always wanted to me you. 😂." I take drink and say " same, ever since I found out you play lacrosse I've kinda wanted to meet you."
