"Monica, wait, can you wait?" I heard my sister barking at me, as I power-walked back to my office. There was no way I was going to talk to my sister. Not in this lifetime. I made it to my office in time, to shut the door and lock it. Seconds later, the sounds of her fists beating against my door ensued, sending me into a fit of rage. Why did she still want to talk to me? I grasped the door handle, as it erupted open, scaring Desiree.

"What do you want!" I hissed, standing in the doorway, blocking her from any entrance into my office.

"Can I come in?" She asked.

"No," I replied, slamming the door in her face. The banging on my door quickly returned. I opened the door again. I didn't want to play this game with her, but part of me did want to get some answers. And I knew my weakest link was her. She was the one most likely to give in.

"Fine, I'll talk to you out here," She negotiated, running her hands through her fake hair. She pressed her hands against her lips. I waited for her to talk patiently. "I don't know what to say."

"Nothing, you don't have to say anything," I reminded her with a smile.

"No, no, I have something to say. I swear," She said, taking a deep breath. "I'm sorry." I waited for her to continue, but she didn't. She pleaded in her eyes, but she didn't say anything else.

"You're sorry?" I asked her, repeating what she just said. "You're fucking sorry? That's what you have to say for yourself?" Tears pricked her eyes, but I didn't care. "You went behind my back, slept with my boyfriend for six months, got pregnant by him, now you're getting married, only to get him to rape me, take video of it, only to change the entire video, and all you have to fucking say is sorry? But you know what? I don't give a damn about what you have to say. No words, none on this planet, will be able to get me to forgive you." She opened her mouth to say something, but I slammed the door in her face before the sound could leave her lips. I rubbed my temples to get her two, measly words out of my head. I didn't have another client for fifty minutes, so I called Russell. It rang four times, before he picked up.

"Hey, baby, what's up!" He said, a little too loudly into the phone.

"Nothing, nothing at all, I'm bored," I said like a child, smiling at the sound of his voice. "Are you just now leaving practice?"

"Yeah," He told me, I could hear him slam the car door shut. "What's wrong? You seem kinda down."

"No, that's not it," I lied, biting my lip. "If you're in the city, do you wanna stop by?"

"Oh," He drew out, "That's what you want. You want Daddy to stop by, don't you?" I smiled and laughed deviously. "I'll be there in ten minutes." He hung up the phone, after adding an 'I love you.'

Ten minutes later, Russell erupted through my office door. It scared the shit out of me.

"How the hell did you get in here?" I asked him. I had no idea how he got in here and past the secretary, I didn't think much of it, though. I was just happy he was there.

"I have my ways," He smirked, walking towards me, placing a kiss on my lips, tenderly. I smiled and shook my head, interlacing my fingers around his neck as he picked me up and placed me onto the desk, his lips meeting mine again. "The receptionist, Sara, let me in."

"You know," I muttered, in between his kisses, "She might be my new best friend." Russell looked at me, raising his eyebrows, and I shook my head, "I'll explain later."

"Good, because right now, I just want to see you out of that dress," He growled, eyeing my body up and down, licking his lips. He found the zipper on my back and yanked it down aggressively.
