••Louis' P.O.V.••
Me and Harry went upstairs into my room to talk. He asked 'What's up mate?'
I said 'I like Cassidy.'
He said 'Seriously what's up?'
I said 'Harry I'm not kidding!'
He laughed 'I know you like her. It's obvious to everyone except her.'
I said 'And now she's going out on a date with another guy, AND I COULD LOSE MY CHANCE!'
We hear Cassidy scream and I rushed downstairs not caring if Harry followed or not. I said 'What's wrong?!'
She screeched 'Carter couldn't wait so we are going on a date tonight!'
I said 'What?' I don't want her going on that date! Why am I so jealous of it?! Maybe because I like her. Uhhg! It's not fair! Why can't I be the guy who takes her hand and goes out with her?
She said 'Yeah! He's picking me up in two hours.. I HAVE TO GET READY!'
She got up and ran to her room. About ten minutes later she came tiptoeing down the stairs with wet nail polish on her toes. Her hair was in those old lady curls too. Harry laughed and I just sat there. I didn't want to think about this guy. He was stealing her away from me.
I got up and said 'I'm going.'
Cassidy asked 'What? Where are you going?'
I snapped 'Why do you care?' And slammed the door.
I walked out of the lobby and to the park. I sat in the middle of the park, on the fountain. I was pissed off but I don't know why. Shouldn't I be happy for her?! I don't know! I'm just so confused right now.
It has been twenty minutes of watching people fade from the park. It started to drizzle, but I didn't care. I would stay here until I wanted to go back.
I heard someone yell 'Louis?!' And I looked up to see Cassidy under an umbrella.
I started to get up and then she ran over to me saying 'Louis! I have been looking everywhere for you!'
I said 'Sorry. I just needed to get out.'
'Why have you been acting like this?'
'I don't know Cass. I'm sorry.'
I sat down on the fountain edge and she sat down next to me. She said 'Louis. I just don't get it. I mean, you completely changed.'
I said 'I really don't want to get in this conversation right now.'
She leaned her head on my shoulder and I stuck my hands in my pockets. We sat there in silence and then she said 'C'mon. Let's get out of this rain.'
We got up and she wrapped her arm around the back of me and I did the same. We squished together to fit under the umbrella to stay dry as the rain got harder and harder.
Once we were in the lobby, she out away the umbrella, and we went back upstairs. We walked through the door and Harry asked 'Where did you go mate?!'
I said 'To the park..' And sat down on the couch.
Harry said 'Okay.. As long as your fine..'
Cassidy said 'I have to go now, Carter is in the lobby. Bye guys.' She hugged Harry and came over and kissed me on the cheek.
She looked into my eyes and then got up to grab her purse. She walked out the door without another word.
I didn't feel the same.. I just felt sad and lonely. I know I don't control her life., but I was angry that she was going on this date. But she doesn't like me.. It's obvious.. She feels nothing for me.
