This chapter may and I mean, MAY contain a little bit of umm... romance and stuff. Or probably it will be something totally different. I hope you guys like surprises. Because this may or may not be a surprise. Don't say I didn't warn you.

ENJOY! And of course, vote and comment and at least finish the chapter! :)

Ray's Pov

Was it really work time? I don't think so.

One. Two. Three. Three gunshots reverberated in the air and all at once, in perfect sync, the glass door, the flower vase and the decorative glass jar shattered into millions of pieces. They flew everywhere and grazed my skin everywhere. I could feel the stinging pain from where the glass cut me. I turned to look behind me.

There were three men who looked exactly the same. They had dirty blonde hair and dull grey eyes which shone with cruelty. All three of them wore dark clothes which consisted of a simple shirt and pants. They were tall about, 6'4 and muscular too. They walked barefoot but there was no sign of cuts and bruises anywhere on their skin. It was flawless. Weirdos. And killers.

They were holding guns which were pointed at both Ash and me. There was nowhere to run. Behind us, people who had been enjoying breakfast in the restaurant were milling out and so it would be difficult for us to run into the restaurant. And then right in front of us were the triplets. This so wasn't looking good.

The triplets walked forward simultaneously. The action was creepy. Ash shivered beside me and hugged his shoulders. We needed to run from these people. Whoever they were, they wrought bad trouble for us. We needed to escape.

I slowly raised my hands in surrender. Beside me, Ash did the same. Was he copying me or something? That will be a good thing right now.

The triplets continued walking towards us slowly until they were practically right in our faces. The middle one started speaking. His voice was hoarse and raspy. I hated the sound of it,

"My name is James. These are my brothers. The one standing to my right is John and the other one is Joseph."

"What's the point in telling your names when I won't be able to tell each one of you?" I retorted.

The man, James started laughing. It was a horrible screeching sound which made me want to scratch at my ears. Finally, he stopped and my shoulders sagged in relief.

"It is considered... friendly to introduce yourselves. Anyway, you don't have to introduce yourselves. We know who your are. Ash and Ray, the Heafis of Fira. We are the Heafis of Zeus. We have come to take you to our master who would like to see you."

Ha, af is we'll ever come. "Whatever you say."

James motioned me and Ash forward and we started walking. James walked behind us while the other two walked in front of us. There's never a better chance than this one. I stopped suddenly and gave a quick kick to James' ass and he fell to the ground, groaning in pain. Before the other two could turn, I grabbed Ash's hands and started running. I didn't know where but we had to run. I risked a glance behind. They were following us.

I took a right turn into a busy street and pushed past people without even saying sorry. There was no time for that. People grumbled at us but didn't stop us. I ran straight ahead with Ash just at my heels and reached a junction. The green signal for people to walk hadn't come on and so we had to dodge through cars who beeped their horn angrily at us. After a few close calls, we reached the other side and quickly made our way into a dark alley. There was no one there.
