After a few more hours at the amusement park with the others, Nabi and Kwon Jiyong excused themselves to leave. Nabi was getting tired and since the sun had went down, the air was getting colder. Her leggings were no longer keeping her warm.
They made their way to Nabi's car that parked out front. Kwon Jiyong had offered to drive, which Nabi of course didn't deny him in doing so. They made their way to the dormitory which would take awhile, since Kwon Jiyong suggested the amusement park the farthest away from Seoul, so they began listening to the radio. Nabi didn't know a lot of the songs that were on the radio except for the recent ones that came out during the past couple of months. She just enjoyed the time spent with Kwon Jiyong who was singing along with the songs on the radio.
By the time they pulled up into the building's parking lot, Nabi had already a list of songs she definitely needed to listen to. She was missing so much music after being in America for so long. It wasn't like she didn't have access to her favorite Korean music, it was just that she didn't want to. After quitting the music industry in Korea, she didn't want to listen to anything from Korea. It was too painful for her to even do so but she would never regret the decision she made knowing she made the right choice.
"I'll go shower and we'll meet up on the roof." Kwon Jiyong says getting out of the elevator.
"Okay." Nabi smiles. "See you later." She waved as the metal doors closed.
Like always, the elevators took awhile to take Nabi to her destined floor. As soon as she made it up, she exited out of the elevator, passing a few people from the company who were getting in with a smile and a light bow. She made her way to her dorm, entering the code for the lock before entering the familiar surroundings of her dorm. She immediately began stripping out of her layers of weird Japanese clothes, ripping the wig off, and headed straight to the bathroom. She didn't want to take long of a shower, in case Kwon Jiyong was waiting for her up at the roof, so she did the essentials, instead of her usual routine to talk herself out of doing drastic things she had planned to do earlier that day, dance one of her old songs while singing it out loud, plan future goals for herself and usually just letting the warm water run down her body.
After she finished shower, she got dressed in some grey sweats that hung loosely around her legs, and a t-shirt, throwing a large sweater over it. She quickly blow dried her hair and placed a beanie over it, hoping the frizz was covered completely. Finally, she pulled socks over her feet and went to the door where she slipped on her shoes and exited her dorm.
It didn't take long before she arrived to the roof. Surprisingly, Kwon Jiyong was already up there. She started feeling bad that she had made him wait for her. She hoped he didn't wait too long.
Nabi made her way to him as he sat on the bench swing with a blanket wrapped around him. He opened one side and Nabi smiled, getting his invitation. She sat next to him and cuddled up to his side while he wrapped the blanket around her. She had her legs folded up on the other half of the bench while she silently stayed, leaning into his side.
"You're off tomorrow right?" Kwon Jiyong asks.
Nabi looked at him and smiled. "Yes. Are you off."
"Unfortunately, I have schedule tomorrow." He sighs, pulling her closer to him.
"That's alright. We can hang out later right?" Nabi asks.
Kwon Jiyong shook his head. "Why don't you just come along with me then?" He smirks.
Nabi blinked blankly at him before answering. "How? Wouldn't it be too obvious?"
Kwon Jiyong shrugged. "So what? You got a new phone. So long as nobody knows who you are, then everything is good."
