Ford came up and punched Will hard across the jaw. Will put a hand up to his jaw, Why is everyone hitting me?

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you before Ford, I just, I didn't want to scare you away. I'm not evil don't worry, I won't turn you or kill you, trust me, please." Will was begging now. He'd always feared the day that he would have to tell his friends the truth. He'd always hoped that he would die first, because he's only half, or he'd find an antidote first.

"No Will, trust me. Why can't you just trust me?" Ford said. He looked angry but most of all, upset.

"So what now?" It was Sonnet. She was expressionless, "We can all gawk at the fact that your the crown prince of Earth later, but right now we need to find Asia."

"I agree, is there something you can do FItzwilliam?" Wade said. Fitzwilliam huh? Only Alice has ever called me that.

"I am Will," he replied, "I don't want to be treated differently. You guys are my friends."

"I wasn't gonna treat you any different anyways. Just because your ass is royal, doesn't mean you're not an ass anymore you dickhead," Ford teased. Will smiled at that.

"I should be able to track Asia. I know her scent," he replied.

Darcy raised an eyebrow, "Her scent?"

Will smirked, "Pumpkin spice."

Sonnet rolled her eyes, "Let's just do this."

"In the dark?" Wade asked.

"Asia's my light, I just need to find her," Will said quietly, "She is my light."

"Ford?"

"Over here," he said. Sonnet came up to him then. "Sorry, I can't really see that well," she said.

"Hold my hand, I'll guide you," Ford replied. He saw Sonnet blush. Ford had always thought Sonnet was pretty, but he'd never told her that. And it wasn't just her beauty, but she was independent and amazing. Sonnet was wearing only a black long sleeved shirt and jeans but Ford thought she was gorgeous. She was smart, kind, generous, and overall, a good person. Ford on the other hand, was a thief, he'd been a criminal before he found Fort Resilient. He didn't deserve her.

"Okay," Sonnet said and took his hand.

"Ford? Sonnet? Where are you guys? I think I found it," Will shouted.

Ford and Sonnet caught up to him and the others. Right outside the forest was a building. It wasn't very tall or wide but it wasn't small. He could see that there were zombies around the perimeter, guarding the stone building. About 7, there were probably more on the inside, these zombies were wearing U.S military outfits. Will turned to face Ford and the others, "So what's our plan?"

"Will! Please tell me we did not walk all the way out here to find the zombie headquarters unprepared!" Darcy whispered-shouted.

"Well, we did Darcy. So now we have to come up with a plan," Will said in an exasperated tone.

"Boys," Darcy murmured.

"Okay how about Will sneaks in and pretends he's a zombie. You can go in and get Asia. Then we'll come in and help you guys out," Wade said.

"That's not too bad a plan," Darcy replied.

Wade smirked, "Of course not, I made it." Ford saw Darcy smile back. She was wearing a purple t-shirt and black leather pants. Ford saw his sister shiver though. He took off his jacket to hand to her but she rolled her eyes and said, "I'm fine Ford, keep the jacket. Thanks though." Ford merely shrugged and put his jacket back on.

"You guys have your weapons right?" Will asked.

Ford had slung his bow and arrows on already, so he'd be good. Sonnet pulled out a crossbow that she must've have taken beforehand, and Darcy had a longsword in her hand already. She'd grabbed it before they left. Ford saw that Wade didn't have a weapon and he handed him some hunting daggers that had been in his backpack. "Thanks," he said.

"Okay, I'm going in guys. I'm gonna get Asia out of this dump," Will said.

"Will wait," Sonnet came up and hugged Will. Ford felt a tang of jealousy but he knew it was only friendship. "Be careful," she whispered.

Then Darcy came and hugged Will too, then Wade, and Ford followed. "Guys, I'll come back. Don't worry, I'm going to be alright," then he left them.

Asia almost felt herself cry. She felt useless and weak. Here she was, held hostage by zombies and her friends were out there, about to be attacked. She lifted her head out of her hands, she would not give up, ever. Asia pulled herself up, ignoring the pain. She looked at the bars on the window again and realized suddenly that one of them was unconnected to the bottom. Asia used her strength and pried the bar off.

It worked. She had a weapon now, a steel 1.5 ft. bar. It was better than nothing. Asia looked around again, the other bars were all connected so Asia wasn't gonna be able to get the other bars off, plus she wouldn't fit through the window despite her small frame.

Then an ear splitting alarm went off, she dropped the bar out of alarm but grabbed it back up again. What the heck is going on?

Then the door opened up, it was a zombie. Asia lunged quick as she could, and whacked the zombie, a male in his mid-thirties probably, and was out the door before it hit the floor. There were a hallway of doors, Asia didn't make it very far before she felt a hand grab her. She looked up and to her dismay, it was not Will. Nor was it any of her other friends.

It was Lady Lucien. She gave an evil smile, "Nice try, but we have you now." Then she raised her hand to reveal a syringe, Asia whimpered and thrashed. She needed to get out, now. But then the needle pierced her skin, and she felt the injection flow into her blood. Her arm was in massive pain. She felt her heartbeat quicken and her blood threatening to burst out of their veins. Asia couldn't help it, she screamed. Lady Lucien yanked the syringe out. Asia jackknifed onto her knees.

She heard Lady Lucien laugh, "Not immune anymore."

Asia looked up and smile, "Feeling better than ever." It was true, the zomtoxin felt good in her veins. She could feel the energy thrumming in herself. This was power.
