Chapter 10: Tris

I see him walking away after he sees me coming to the table and Uriah says "Go talk to him Tris" and I just leave and good thing I didn't get lunch so I run towards him and say "Four wait up" He turns around and ignores me and keeps on walking so I run as fast as I can to catch up to him and I grab his arm and say "Four listen to me please" "Why should I?" "Just hear me out please" "Okay you got five minutes" "Can we talk where there aren't a lot of people" "Fine, follow me" We walk to a place where there aren't people around and says "What is it Tris?" "I know I said to forget about what happened yesterday but even though I try to forget about it, I just can't and I don't know why" "Oh that's all" "Well I guess but I'm just telling you that I'm sorry for making you forget about it" "It's okay I forgive you" Then I see him smile and I smile too and then he starts to lean close to me and this time I won't push him away because now I realize how much I like him. So I lean close as well and then my lips meet his and then he wraps his arms around me and I wrap my arm around his neck and we are kissing and nothing is stopping us. Then the bell rings a minute later and we pull apart and we are facing each other and our eyes are meeting and he smiles and says "Well, I guess I know how you feel about me now" "Well now you know Four and I now know how you feel about me as well" I smile at him and he smiles at me too and then we leave off to class. After school I meet Four at my locker and we leave together and we are holding hands and Zeke and Uriah run up to us and says "Ooh Four, you finally got her huh?" "Shut up" I just start to laugh at Four's replay and Zeke and Uriah says bye to both of us and we just keep walking. Four is walking me home and when we get there we kiss and we say good bye to each other. I go inside and I see Four walking and I can't stop thinking about him even though I'm prohibited to have a boyfriend and to see him again but who cares it's my life not my father's life. I go up to my room and my mom comes in and says "Tris how was it at school today?" "It was great mom and can I tell you something but please don't tell dad" "Sure sweetie what is it?" "Mom I have a boyfriend and it's Four" "Oh I knew you two would end up together" "Mom but promise me that you won't tell dad" "I promise Tris and I'm so happy for both of you" After that talk my mom leaves my room happy for me and Four. I am also happy as well because now I have a boyfriend and I don't need to follow my dad's stupid rules anymore because I get to control my life not him.
