That morning I woke up with terrible pain in my shoulder. It felt like I had just been shot but multiply that by 10.

I slowly got up out of my bed to check the damage.

When I pulled off the bandaid the first thing I noticed was a large deep cut that wouldn't stop bleeding. My shoulder looked terrible, not to mention the the bruise that was a deep purplish red color, and yellow around the edges.

I tried lifting it but every time I tried I would wince in pain.

I knew for sure my shoulder was sprained or even worse broken.

Tears formed in my eyes at the thought of Louis' reaction when I have to stop telling him I'm clumsy, and have to tell him I have an abusive father who beats me on a daily basis.

What if I'm not good enough for him anymore?

I quickly wiped away the tears that had escaped my eyes.

I put a bandaid over my cut and wrapped my shoulder in an ace bandage seeing as how just the bandaid didn't stop the blood from seeping through onto my shirt.

I walked downstairs to grab a granola bar and quickly went back up to my room. When I was done eating I brushed my teeth and hopped in the shower, being extra careful not to ruin the ace bandage.

When I was done, I quickly blew dried my hair and curled to form loose curls.

As for my makeup I applied concealer under my eyes, a coat of mascara, and some liquid liner.

I put some foundation over my older bruises. I didn't want to put any on my shoulder because i didn't want to get it infected, so I just left the ace bandage on.

I searched my closet for an outfit, but since Louis hadn't told me where we were going it was a little difficult. I texted Louis and asked what I should wear.

When Louis texted back I couldn't help but laugh at the way he put his name in my phone.

From: Louis the best boyfriend ever!!!: wear something casual.

I replied back: alright c ya in a bit love.

I got dressed into my dark wash jeggings, a white v-neck with an infinity scarf, and my white converse. I took one last look in the mirror making sure you couldn't see the ace bandage.

Just then I heard the doorbell ring. I went downstairs, and opened the door to reveal Louis holding a bouquet of flowers.

"You look beautiful," he said with a smile and handed me the flowers.

"Thanks but I'm just wearing jeans and a t-shirt." I said giving I'm a quick kiss on the lips.

"I know, but you look beautiful in anything," he said giving me a kiss then coming upstairs and sitting on the couch.

"Well aren't you sweet," I said laughing and playfully pinching his cheek

"Let me go put these in my room and we can get going," I said

"Alright don't be too long, he said as I walked down the hallway, "I already miss you," I heard him say as I went into my room.

"When I walked back into the living room Louis took my hand in his, intertwining out fingers as we walked out the door.

We weren't even out of the driveway when I asked, "So where are we going."

"Just be patient," he said laughing a bit.

"Okay okay," I said laughing as well.

We finally arrived at the beach. When I looked at Louis he was pulling out a picnic basket and a blanket for us to sit on. He flashed me a cheeky smile.
