'I've failed! I've failed again!!
Master is no where to be seen!

How foolish of me to fall asleep... I can't believe I relaxed so much as to fall unconscious whilst master was petting me...
But... It was just so soothing... So relaxing... The massaging movements and the tender caress made my eyelids feel heavy... And the house was toasty warm...

There is no excuse! I must be punished!!!'

I ran about the house with a trail of tears streaming behind me calling for master to "punish me!"

During my fevered dash I crashed into something small, sending it flying down the corridor.

Then the small something squeaked when it hit the floor...

"MASTER I'M SO SOOOOOOOORRY!!!"

I anime cried and clutched him to my broad chest, smothering him in my grip and rubbing my cheek into his hair.

"Will you get off already! I'm fine!" He huffed whilst pushing against my chest with all his might.

'Pffffft...'
I tried not to laugh as his efforts barely moved me an inch. He had an adorable expression as he put all his strength into removing himself from my hold.
'Awww, he's trying so hard... I feel so bad but it's so cute watching him try with so much vigour.'

To let him feel better about the situation I pretended that he'd managed to shove me off and landed on my back on the floor.

He stood up and crossed his arms triumphantly with a smug grin and a pale blush from the effort.

My eyes turned into hearts as I rolled around on the floor covering my face.
"So... So...
CUTE!"

He squinted at me and raised his eyebrow,
"Will you get that stupid grin off your face and tell me what you were doing running around the house like a deranged bull."

After I recovered from my cute attack and slapped myself across the face a couple times for punishment, I suddenly remembered the root of my turmoil.

With a stern look, I crossed my arms and gazed down at him,
"Where were you last night young master!"

I expected him to yell at me for questioning him and calling him 'master', but what he did next shocked me to my core.

He averted his eyes.... AND BLUSHED.

My face went white with my jaw wide open, my head twitched every now and then.

'What was he doing?! Was he with someone?!!
I swear to Kami, if it was that shady panda...'

The possibilities had steam pouring from my head as I gripped his shoulders,
"Where were you?! And why're you blushing about it?!!"

He blushed harder then shoved my hands off his shoulders,
"None of your business! Now if you'll excuse me, I've got ninja stuff to attend to."

'He can't even tell me... Oh Kami it must be the worse thing I can think of...'

He turned with a huff and carried on down the hall, walking out through the open door.

Of course I followed him.

They'd all been standing around waiting for the sensei for hours, as usual.
