Lee's P.O.V.

"I could've sworn it was daytime when we went in..." I gasped as the large, full moon cast its glow on a large courtyard.

"It was... Eyebrows Jr."
Izumi-San said mystically,
"It might be a type of gen jutsu..."

Aki put his fingers into the release position and let out a small burst of chakra to break the effects, but after a few seconds, he frowned.

"The release didn't work..." He said slowly.

Izumi closed her eyes and felt the air with her mind,
"Hmm.... Strange."
Then her eyes snapped open.
"This temple is much bigger on the inside than it looked on the outside..."

"Ooooo yeah!!" I said in revelation, gazing at the walls that surrounded us.

Kiba sniffed the air,
"... The forest smells different!" He added.

Aki snapped his fingers,
"Diagnosis!:
There was a transportation jutsu in the tunnel!"

Him and Byakko shared a high paw/five and grinned at each other.

Gaara rolled his eyes at their antics but smiled secretly.

"No way," Kiba scoffed, "that's not even possible."

Aki deflated and his expression drooped,
"Oh... Well."

"B-but it was a g-good guess!" Kiba stuttered after receiving a pointed glare from Gaara.

"In fact, it just might be correct," Izumi-San muttered.

The group all stared at her with wide-eyes.

"This dirt is of different texture and scent..." She rambled as she let the fine silt slip through her fingers.
She then lightly licked her dirt covered palm, much to the distaste of her squad.
"Tastes different too..."

"I think you might be obsessed," Aki muttered as we watched her become engrossed by dirt for perhaps the hundredth time on this journey.

"It's confirmed!" She shouted suddenly, startling the group,
"This dirt is not of any of the lands I've tasted!"

"Gross," Kiba murmured.

"Therefore," she continued,
"it is new, undiscovered land."

"Uh-huh, that's great and all," Aki said slowly,
"But... Does it really matter?"

"Bino-chan is correct!
This is irrelevant!
Onward, troops!" She yelled as she charged into the entrance to a large chamber.

We all followed with haste, but as soon as we entered the walls moved rapidly, interlocking like a jigsaw puzzle and separating all of us.

"Bino-chan! Eyebrows! Baa-San! Gaa-kun! Kit-kun!
Remain calm!" Came Izumi's ironically panicked voice through the old sandy walls.

"It's ok!" I yelled,
"I can easily kick through these weak old walls!"

"No!! Wait!! Eyebro--"

"EEEEEEEEEOUCH!!" I squealed as my foot failed to make a dent in the seemingly ancient stone.

I hopped about clutching my toes with tears in my eyes.

"Baka!!" Scolded Izumi,
"They're chakra reinforced, there's no breaking through...
But it looks as if this is a kind of puzzle temple cliché, so we just have to solve our way out...
Seems we don't need your special seal breaking skills after all Bino-chan."

"Whaaaaaat?!!" Came a shrill voice,
"I can't hear a thing!!"

"Just solve the puzzles and find a way back to the courtyard!" Izumi-San screamed back.
