"Well, do you?" Ava excitedly squeals.
"What? No! Of course not!" I answered jumping on the bed beside her. I lied down on my stomach and crossed my ankles in the air as I rested on my elbows.
It was Saturday and instead of doing the usual and sleeping all day, I decided to hang out at Ava's. I hadn't seen her in a week and her absence was really affecting me.
"Relax, jeez it was just a question." She laughed crossing her legs and putting her hair up in a pony tail.
"He's a nice guy, I guess." I shrugged.
"And his name was...? What again?"
"Harry."
"You said Edward."
"No, I said he went by the name Edward, then when he came back from the UK he changed it to Harry." I recollected. She was such a bad listener.
"Ahh! Okay." She nodded. "and you don't have a crush on him?" she smiled knowing how I would react.
"No, Ava! Really, I don't. I mean, I don't think I do...I guess--" I sat up on the bed crossing my legs and playing with the tips of my hair. I wasn't really sure of my feelings towards Harry. I wish they were more clear to me then.
"You guess?" She locked her phone scooting closer to me with me anticipation.
"Yeah, calm down." I laughed pushing her away by her shoulder.
"What do you mean you guess? Either you like him or you don't. It's simple."
"It's not simple, I'm confused." I turned my head and looked out the window, looking at the beautiful view of her back yard. It was sunny out and the sun was shinning heavily through her window despite the forming grey clouds. Her house was gigantic and you could see the double pool's from her room.
"You just fall too easily." She pushed herself off of the bed.
"No, I don't!" I defended.
"You fell hard for Liam. You two told each other "I love you" two weeks into the relationship!" She said emphasizing on "two."
"We were friend for a year before we started going out so basically I felt love towards him long before we started dating." I corrected regretting it all.
"Oh, big difference!" She pulled open her drawer to take out her bathing suit. The weather has been very bipolar lately. One day it's hot the next it's cold. It wasn't too hot out but it was hot enough to swim. Yesterday was basically freezing so we took advantage of the heat and decided to swim.
"Did you bring yours?"
"Oh, shit! No I forgot." I climbed off of the bed. "I'll just swim in my bra and panties." I smiled with my hands on my hips.
"Not this time." She laughed. Last time I forgot it too and since we were home alone I swam In my bra and panties. She offered me a bathing suit but I thought it would've been better with my idea.
"Zayn's here so you can't prance around like a stripper." She joked.
"Stripper? Hey," I pointed at her with false offends, "Those girls work their asses off." I defended.
"I'm sure they do." She threw me a bathing suit and I nearly cringed. The bottom's were like shorts and the top was strapless; tasteless design.
"Polka dots?"
"What's wrong with that?" She opened the door and stood in the doorframe.
"Don't you have something less...girly?" I scrunched my nose.
