"You're friends with him?" Mr. Joseph asked walking beside me to the storage room.

"Not really, no. Why?" He unlocked the room and stood in front of me, looking passed me to Harry then back to me.

"Stay away from him." He warned. My eye brows knitted together from his sudden demand and I crossed my arms feeling skeptical.

"Why?" I asked and he walked away and picked up the bag of soccer balls and handed them to me.

"Alee, you're a nice girl. Just watch out for yourself, okay? You don't want to surround yourself with people like Harry." We both stepped out of the room and he turned to lock the door and I turned around and saw that Harry was sitting in the exact same spot that I was sitting in. I looked at him for a few moments wondering why he moved his seat but I thought maybe it was nothing. "Understood, Ms. Core?"

"But you were just joking with him two seconds ago.." I reminded still confused.

"I'm his teacher, I have to talk to him. I can't just ignore my students. Here, take this," he said handing me the set of keys "and go to my office, this..." he said lifting the black key "is for it, unlock it and just throw the balls in there, and oh my laptop is on my desk get that for me too, alright?"

"Sure but, I have a question.."

"What is it?" We walked to the door and he opened it for me.

"Why should I stay away from him? What did he do?" I didn't want to be too loud because I didn't want any of the boys to hear, maybe Harry is friends with them and one of them would tell him I was asking about him.

"He's not a good person to hang out with."

"Oh whatever, I can handle myself. I don't need warning, thank you very much." I gave him a big smile and walked out of the gym.

"Aleevonne, I'm serious.." he said slightly raising his voice "I know he's attractive and all and has that "bad boy" image but I'm warning you, once you get involved with his games he'll never let you leave until you lose, which never ends well." He warned. And for a second, I was a bit convinced. His tone was full of concern and pure worry but not convincing enough to actually keep me away from him, not that I wanted to be with him anyway.

"Alrighty Mr. Joseph, if you say so!" I shrugged.

I took my time walking to his office because after doing this little "mission" I was just going to sit there for the next forty minutes. I wasn't familiar with the basement and I got lost for a few minutes. I took up P.E in the ninth grade but that was before they remodeled the school and that was when the gym was on the 1st floor until they had turned that into a massive gym for the athletes and what not. I probably passed the same rooms fifty times and still I couldn't find his office.

"Hey, are you lost?" I heard a boy from behind call. I stopped in my tracks and turned around. He was cute actually. He had dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes, and a very warm smile.

"Where are you headed to?" He asked walking towards me.

"Uh, Mr. Joseph's office, could you help me out? I'm a bit lost." I laughed feeling a bit stupid for not knowing the lay out of my own school.

"Yeah sure, follow me this way." He said pointing to the opposite direction.

"So are you new here?" He asked me.

"No, I just don't really talk to people much, I guess." It was true. The girls at my school weren't really my cup of tea. All they cared about was their clothes and hair and "expensive shoes" and "oh my God did you see Tony? He totally just smiled at me!" When clearly, he didn't. They were actually quite annoying and the fact that I had to hear their ear murdering giggles and whiny voices for the next year and half made me want to drop out.
