Chapter 38:Breaking Soccer

(Oma's POV)

I walk over to Danny and the rest come. He started saying some ground rules and turned to Micky.

"Hey monkeys butt! Get over here so I can beat your ass at soccer!" He yelled as loud as he could.

Micky knew who he was talking to. He got up and ran to us. He claimed as himself as team captain and took Jayden and Saffe away. I turned to Jayden and she was dying laughing. I cover my cheeks since they were flushed and look down. I wasn't supposed to act like this.

"I guess you, Berry, and Danny will make a team. Since its equal, we'll see which adult plays better!" Jayden said as she took to stick and digs them into the ground to make goals.

We start in the middle and the adults played center and middle. No one was playing goal keeper. The rest of us position in defense and middle. And the whole game started with Nana blowing the whistle.

We ran to the ball and yelled words we didn't understand ourselves. Berry and Danny started to speak Spanish that was hard for me to understand.

"Pass it pass it!" Micky screamed as Jayden kicked it with a heavy leg.

It flew half way across the sand and Saffe took over. She passes it until she reach the goal but was then taken back by Berry who made it in a second.

"Again!" Jayden says as she starts bragging about the lose.

She turns to me and pouts. I shake my head with a smile and walk over to Nana.

"Guess who won now." Danny says sticking his tongue out at Micky.

They seemed to be friends, however friends who hate each other. I lay down next to Jayden and start to text Melissa. Danny didn't want me to invite her, but it's best if we don't. Jayden leans down and checks my phone. I turn it away and squint my eyes at her. She places her head against my shoulder and hugs me around from my waits.

"Your mine." She states and nuzzles her face on my shoulder.

I laugh and pull up a book on my phone. I put on the sunglasses that Nana brought and drift off into the book.

"Wake up!" Saffe says shaking me. I sit up and rub my eyes.

"Come on, the rest are already going to the beach!" She says as she takes my hand and pulls me away.

"Wait, Saffe?" I start.

She stops and turns around. Tilting her head to the side she waits for my response.

I shake my head and walk in front of her. I couldn't bring myself to tell her, but instead ask someone else.

I get in the water and we're running back an forth from people throwing water at us. Danny was the one with the most fun since he had the bucket full of water. Meanwhile we would always push him into the water . . .

AN:I don't post as often as I wanted to. And the story seemed to turn away from Oma and Jayden and to Danny and Saffe. The story is switching to Oma and Jayden again, and maybe Oma might have feelings for Jayden??? Or the other way around. .but I'll switch it between the four.
