Chapter 20: First Night In Paris

Ross's Pov: The intercom had announced that we would land in about half an hour. I slumped back into my seat and grabbed my phone out of my pocket. I took out my earbuds and put my playlist on shuffle. I logged onto Twitter making sure to keep our fans on update. I answered some tweets and then put my phone away. I took my ear buds out of my ears to hear Rocky and Riker snickering next to me. They stayed silent for a minute and then let out a loud laugh again. " What the heck are you laughing at?" I ask them. They both look at me and then at each other and burst out laughing again. I looked at Ratliff who looked at them weirdly too. " Dont look at me I don't know" he says. " check .... your phone" Rocky says laughing. I get onto Youtube to see that there's a video of me on the popular page. I press on it to see that it was me talking about something in my sleep. " Seriously not funny guys" I say to Rocky and Riker who are as red as an apple from laughing. " Payback baby " Rocky says high fiving Riker. I heard snickering infront of us. I look up to see Rydel and Laura watching the video. " Seriously guys give me that " I say snatching the phone away from them. " The video has over 500,ooh views" Rydel says laughing along with Laura. I look at Laura with a serious face. " Sorry it's just too funny" she says laughing her head off. " Ok are you guys done being childish now?" I say. Even though I was pretty mad I have to admit it was pretty funny.

Rydel's POV: The plane lands and we all get off. We grab our luggage and slowly make out way off the plane. When we finally get off the plane the airport is jam packed."Hey guys! Follow mom." Yells my dad. We follow my mom down to the doors and go outside. We get outside and there's a car waiting for us. We all get in and it's really packed. "Delly." Says Ross. "What?" I ask."I need to talk to you when we get to the hotel." Says Ross."About?" I ask. "Laur's suprise." He says. The car ride from the airport to the hotel is noisy and cramped. We finally get to the hotel and get out. We walk in and the conjurer says "Bonjour welcome to the hotél Harvey and what is your last name." "Lynch." Says my mom. "Bonjour Madam lynch your rooms are on ze top floor." Says the conjurer. "Thanks." Says my mom. "Guys listen up!" Yells my dad. "Okay so here are your room keys. And our first show is tomorrow night." Says my mom passing out room keys. We all go upstairs and everyone goes to there rooms expect Ross and I."So what did you wanna talk to me about?" I ask."Well I'm not gonna tell you out here." Says Ross. We go into Ross's room and Ross closes the door."Okay so Delly do you mind getting Laura out of the hotel for awhile so I can prepare her surprise." Says Ross. "Sure. How long should we be out?" I ask. "2 to 2 and 1/2 hours." Says Ross. "Okay can do." I say."Thanks Delly cause this surprise is really special." Says Ross."Anything for you little Bro." I say.I walk out so Ross can start on Laura's surprise. I walk across the hall to Laura's room. I knock on the door and Laura opens the door."Hey Delly." She says."Hey we're going out for a couple of hours." I say. "Okay I just need to change really fast." Says Laura closing the door. Laura walks out 5 minutes later in jeans , a chambray shirt and jeans."Let's go." Says Laura."So where do you wanna go?" I ask Laura after we get outside."I don't know." Says Laura.We walk around for a couples of hours looking museums, street entertainers and other things. My phone buzzes in my pocket and its a text from Ross."Bring Laura back now." It reads.

"Hey laur we need to head back to the hotel." I say. "Okay." Says Laura. We walk back to the hotel. When we get there we go upstairs.

"I'm gonna go to my room." Says Laura walking into her room.Ross comes out and askes "Is Laura in her room?" "Yep. Why do you have a bunch of Rose petals?" I ask looking at the bowl of rose petals Ross is holding."You'll see." Says ross walking away.

Laura's Pov: I walk into my room and set down my luggage on the huge master bed. This room had everything. Red wine colored drapes covered the windows but were tied back with silk red ribbons that let let a little moonlight creep into the room. I walked over to the balcony window and looked out to see the beautiful spitting image of the Eiffel Tower far in the distance. The buildings bright lights illuminated the night sky making me stare into the distance in awe. There were so many places to go to. I walked back over to the master bed and plopped right on it. I was pretty exhausted from the flight. I let out a small sigh and got up and immediately hit the shower. I stepped out of the shower feeling better and less exhausted then before. I wrapped my white soft bath robe around my wet body and tied it securely. I walked back into my hotel room and sat on my bed. I heard my iPhone ring from the distance so I got up and grabbed it. I scrolled through my new text messages and reached upon a new message from Rydel. It read " hey you wanna go out for the night?." I smiled at the comment and texted Rydel back saying that I would be ready in about 10 to 15 minutes. I decided to go with something casual for the night so I layed out a cute strapless dress. I walked back into the bathroom and added a light shade of make up to my face. I decided to scrunch my hair for the night and give it more of a natural look. I put on my pair of hoop earrings and a pair of sandals and grabbed my pink purse as I headed to Rydel's room. I knocked on her door waiting for her to answer. " You ready?" She asks me. " Yeah" I say and she gets out of her hotel room and locks up. " So do you have anything in mind?" I ask her curious to know what we're doing for the night. " We'll there's this new restaurant called " Grittle" on the corner of the block so wanna go there?" She asks me. " Yeah sure I am pretty hungry" I say letting out a chuckle. We walk out of the hotel and head to the direction of the restaurant. There was a huge line of people waiting for a table and I insisted to leave but Rydel begged me to stay and I gave in. After waiting for thirty minutes for a table we were finally called. Once Rydel and I took a seat I was relieved that we didnt have to stand any more. My legs were killing me from all the standing. I grabbed the menu off the table and skimmed through it. I seriously have no idea what to order. " So what are you going to order?" I ask Rydel. " Im probably going to stick to a regular strawberry banana smoothie with some seizer salad for now. I seriously don't know anything on this menu" she says laughing. " Ill probably order the same" I say laughing. " Bon Jour ladies what are you going to order tonight" a waiter comes up to us speaking in a French accent. " We'll both have strawberry banana smoothies with a side of seizer salad" Rydel says giggling at the waiter. " Anything for you two pretty ladies" the waiter says leaving the table. " He was totally checking you out Rydel" I say smiling at Rydel. I can see her cheeks turn from there regular peach color to a crimson red. " Well he was pretty ... Cute" Rydel says smiling at the thought of it. Before I can even say anything else the waiter comes up to us. " Here are your smoothies and salads" he says smiling. " Thanks" Rydel says smiling back. He leaves again and I turn to face Rydel again. " He's totally into you" I say. " You really think so?" Rydel says. " Yeah totally" I say smiling at a happy Rydel. We eat our lunch and talk for about half an hour or so. The waiter walks up to us again. " So what's your name?" He asks Rydel in a romantic tone. " Rydel" she says looking up at him. " Thats a beautiful name for a pretty girl like you" he says. " Im Léon and I was wondering if I could show you around Paris for tonight?" He asks her. Rydel looks at me. " Go ahead Ill meet you back at the hotel" I say signaling her to go. " Thanks Laur" she says. " Shall we " Léon says. Rydel giggles and grabs his hand and they disappear in the distance. I leave a check of the money we owed and walked back to the hotel. Once I got there I unlocked my door and set down my purse. I walked over to my bed to see a note laying there with a rose layed aside it. There were tons of rose petals scattered across the bed and onto the floor. I picked up the rose and brought it up to my nose. I smelled the sweet aroma of the rose. I layed down the rose and picked up the note and opened it. " It read " follow the rose petals that lead to me , sincerely Ross." I smiled at the note knowing this had to do with him and wondering what surprise awaits me.
