Ezra's decent into the darkness

MUSTAFAR

------Kanan's POV------

"HERA ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND" I shout at her

"Maybe but it was what Ahsoka was working on before... well... y-y-you know" Hera explains

"But we hardly have a good enough crew to do this I'm blind and Ezra doesn't have enough training" I try to explain to her 

"KANAN JARRUS, you are good enough to do this, you have been using the force to move around and you just defeated dearth maul blind, you can do it and as for Ezra he has enough training... if you don't think so well train him then we are leaving tomorrow at 0930 be there or else I swear Kanan you will regret it." 

  ------Ezra's POV------  

Hera made her point to say the least. So Kanan and I were working on our telepathic communication just in case something went wrong. We also worked on my lightsaber fighting. At the end of our training he sat me down. 

"Ezra, this mission is very, very dangerous I don't want you to be part of it but I know you, you would come anyway and I need you help!" Kanan's voice was trembling her seemed quite scared

I hugged him, "It will be okay ill be right next to you I promise nothing bad will happen we are just getting intell." 

"ye from inside the prison." Kanan hugged me tighter "I can't lose you Ezra." 

"I know how are we getting in any way?" I asked 

"Hera's the only one who knows that... get to bed and rest up before the mission tomorrow and Ezra" 

I turned around "ye..." 

"Don't wake up Zeb" I smiled at him i was so lucky to have a master like him.

---------------------- THE NEXT MORNING ----------------------

 ------Hera's POV------ 

Everyone gathered together in the living room 

"Here's the plan: Ezra after talking to Zare the cadets are taking a field trip to see the prison you will wear your disguise and act as one of the cadets. Kanan you will wear you storm trouper disguise and act as one of the guards. Zeb, Sabine you will hid on the roof in case of trouble you will know because Kanan or Ezra will beep there com 3 times Chopper needs a quick paint job because he will go in and get the info. I will wait in the ghost above the planet when contact me when you need to be picked up we will meet on the roof go get prepared." 

I stop Kanan "Kanan you can do this be safe okay"

    ------Ezra's POV------ 

I got changed, I saw the holocron and decided to put it in my backpack I don't know why I just did I didn't want Kanan to find out When I got down there everyone mood were low it was obvious that this was gonna be dangerous even Chopper seemed scared. 

I saw the cadets and joined them the leader didn't suspect a thing because Sabine grabbed the cadet I was replacing and Zeb grabbed the storm trouper and we were in I looked around it was so cold.....
