The Unstoppable

Benjamin

I recognized  the voice from anywhere. It was Benjamin Green. I've had a thing for him since like eighth grade. Wow he has grown! He has muscles, and abs. His hair is so cute and curled on the top. He runs towards me and I stop hoping he would realize who it was. "Stop!" Benjamin doesn't mess around! I turned toward him. " What are you doing! State your name!" He was talking like a sergeant in the army.  " Paige, my name is Paige." I talked normal. " Wait, Paige. Didn't we go to the same school?" God he is so cute. " Yeah, we did." I laughed a little. I couldn't get over the fact that he actually knew me. 

Benjamin played almost every sport you could think of. He was the most popular kid in school, and I was a unknown kid. I'm surprised he even knew who I was. " What are you doing trying to get over the wall Paige?" He was normal now. " I want to know what its like in other towns, and what people are trying to keep from us outside of this wall." I was determined. " You don't want to know, people aren't people anymore. We are all killers. But people, they bite. They say that when you die, you come back to life but you aren't actually alive. And you eat human flesh. Who ever gets bit, never usually lives. Scientist everywhere are trying to find a cure. " Oh my god he is so cute! " People say that the first person like this was held in a confinement place somewhere. A disease place, and he got out. And it spread like a forest fire. The world will never be the same." He knew it all. 

He let me go, I decided not to go over the wall that day, because I didn't know what to expect at all. I was worried. My parents didn't even know that I left because everyone was still in a crowd talking together. They think that the government got everything under control, but they didn't. And that was the sad part, that we will probably die, either of starvation, or of being bit. This isn't the way I wanted to die, a zombie apocalypse, I wanted to die for my family or country. Not this.
