*Finlay's POV*

Rebekah & I spent the rest of the week touring the college, getting last minute items that were needed before lectures officially began & having a good time. I never had this experience before, ever. It was, how can I explain it, oh yeah; fun. What exactly had I been doing with my life before this? Oh that's right; nothing. I'm glad that fate had led me to where I am today. I'm glad that finally after this much time I was able to experience what friendship was & what it was like to be someone.

"You won't need to pack anything, except maybe a toothbrush & other little bits," Rebekah called out from our bathroom.

I had my hand on some clothes in my wardrobe at the time, slightly perplexed by the statement, "Why am I not bringing clothes?"

That's when it dawned on me, 'oh my, please don't say her family are nudists.'

I heard her choke on what I guessed as either toothpaste or water, "we're the same size. You can just borrow some of my stuff. We're going to go clubbing on Saturday night & I'm pretty sure you don't have anything suitable for that."

'That's a relief,' I smiled at myself, feeling a tad stupid for even considering that idea.

I waited for her to finish in the bathroom before I retrieved my toothbrush & hair accessories. I threw them in a small luggage bag & zipped it up. I quickly scanned the room for any other items but figured it was only for two nights.

"You ready to meet my family?" Rebekah eyed me for a moment.

"Sure," I was suddenly nervous, 'I hope they like me.'

"Don't worry so much, but I will warn you, we are a bit dysfunctional," she replied.

I wasn't exactly sure what she meant by that, 'how bad could they really be? Aren't all families dysfunctional in some way?'

Rebekah plastered a smile on her face & picked up her car keys, "let's do this."

*Rebekah's POV*

Today was the day that I would take my best friend home to meet the family, well brothers anyway. We kept ourselves busy with meaningless college stuff for most of the week. I swear I will never do the college thing ever again. I mean how many more BA's did I really need anyway?

I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth & that's when I heard her rummaging around in her wardrobe, "You won't need to pack anything, except maybe a toothbrush & other little bits."

"Why am I not bringing clothes?" she sounded puzzled.

Her next thought was priceless, 'oh my, please don't say her family are nudists.'

The urge to laugh was so strong, that I choked on a tiny bit of toothpaste.

I spat it out & composed myself, "We're the same size. You can just borrow some of my stuff. We're going to go clubbing on Saturday night & I'm pretty sure you don't have anything suitable for that."

She relaxed, 'That's a relief.'

I wrapped up my hygiene regime & walked out, allowing her to grab what she needed. Once she joined me back in the room, she looked around. I wasn't sure what she was searching for but I let her go.

"You ready to meet my family?" I eyed her just to see if there was any reaction & I presumed correct; she was anxious.

"Sure," her voice wavered but her mind was spinning, 'I hope they like me.'
