“The Cup?! The Cup?! You kidnapped her because of The Cup?! How stupid are you? Did you really think she would tell you if she knew where it was?”
“We need The Cup; we are starting a revolution, one that you have diligently fought for. That doesn’t mean however we are on the same side.” Diavol spoke. I could hear the menace in his voice. “And she is the last Nephilim, she is the only one who can use the cup once we do find it. And we will find it.”
“You’re going to give her to me now, and I will make your death quick.”
“Callaghan, he’s here.”
Draco spoke to me. I wanted to get up and run to him. I wanted to hit him over and over for leaving me here for so long. I wanted to cry, scream even. But all I could do was lie in the bed and look at Draco. The last beating was over three hours long and I’ve been lying in bed for two days unable to move. I thought surely I was going to die. I’m still not 100 percent sure I won’t end up dying anyways. Draco has been feeding me and making sure my bandages are changed. I looked him with sad eyes.
“Tell him, I’m mad at him but I still love him. Please Draco, tell him.” I said my voice raspy from lack of use and the constant beatings.
“Tell him yourself.” Draco said as he walked over to me. He knelt down beside me and carefully picked me up. I could barely lift my arms to wrap them around his neck. “We’re getting you out of here.”
“But I promise you if there is one hair out of place or god forbid missing on her beautiful head, I will have you on display for everyone to see for the rest of eternity.”
