Waking up in an unfamiliar room is alarming all on its own, waking up in an unfamiliar room with a strange man sitting in a chair across from you well that’s a whole new level of alarming. He’s looking out a window to the left of the bed, so I seize the opportunity to really look at him. He’s just a beautiful as I remember from last night, though his eyes are now a shocking blue. He’s wearing a black tee shirt with black pants and socks. Normally all the black would make someone look pale and sickly, but not him. After a few moments of blatantly staring at him, I come to the conclusion that he is the Tepes the creepy attacker man was talking about. Something must have caught his attention because his head snapped in my direction.
“You’re awake.”
“It appears so.” I retort. Captain obvious. “Are you going to tell me who you are and where I am?”
I’ve been attacked in an alley, kidnapped, and held hostage for who knows how long. I am having none of his shit. He looks at me amused and gives a small smile before beginning.
“I am Vladimir Tepes and you are in my home.” He stands. “I am sure you have many questions, but they must wait. There is a shower just through that door and clothes that should fit in the closet. Please take as long as you need I’ll be in the kitchen when you are finished and there I will answer all your questions while we eat.”
With that he is gone. Like gone gone. So fast I’m not even sure it was humanly possible. If I didn’t know better I’d say he was a werewolf, but since Sarahphine has been dating one for about two years and Vlad looks nothing like Liam I think it’s safe to assume he is in fact not a werewolf. Sadly that leaves only one option. I don’t know much about vampires, but I sure as hell am going to find out. I quickly climb out of bed and make my way towards the shower.

I shower in record time, only 25 minutes. Ten of those were going over possible reaction from Vlad when I ask about vampires and whether or not he is one. Not many turned out well, ranging from draining me dry to being freaked out because I thought he was a ‘mythical’ creature.
I wrapped a towel securely around my body and walked into the closet. It was filled with dresses for every occasion, jeans, shirts, shoes, bras, socks and panties. There were even accessories. To top it all off it looked as though everything was my size, down to my rather hard to find bra size. I decided on a very simple black and red dress that gathered right below my breast and flowed down. I decided that shoes were unnecessary since I would be in the house.
Since Vlad didn’t care to tell me how exactly to get to the kitchen I walked out of the room and turned left, hoping it would lead to either the kitchen or to someone who would be able to tell me how to get to said kitchen.

“Alteţă.” Well at least now someone can tell me how to get there.
“Um, my name is actually Callaghan. Could you tell me how to get to the kitchen from here?”
“Certainly Alteţă, It’s down this hallway and to your right. You won’t be able to miss it.”
“Thank you…what is your name?”
“Harold, Aleteţă, you can call me Harold.”
“Well thank you Harold, you’ve been very helpful.”
I began walking down the hallway and just as helpful Harold said on my right about three doors down was the kitchen and more importantly Vlad.
“I see you’re refreshed. You look lovely.”
“Thank you.” I replied.
“You’re most welcome.”
“Look, I know you’re not human but you’re not a werewolf so that leaves being a vampire. So let’s have it, are you?
