Chapter 42

MONDAY 19th APRIL

Today's the meal with Jayden and his new girlfriend, I'm really excited and glad he's happy. Although, I wish I was seeing him alone before hand so we could speak properly and put everything behind us.

I wonder how Jamie's doing? Once again my thoughts are diverted by a certain somebody. I wonder how the filming is going! I wish I was there with him... He says he may only be a few days but I know he'll probably stay for longer, shooting scenes like that can take forever and a day. Besides I'd much rather him get it over and done with in one than go again.
It's 7:50am and I'm already wanting to call him, these time zones are stressing me out. He's eight hours behind so I only get to speak to him at the night really...

What to wear? Something nice but understated. Maybe some skinny black ripped jeans, a navy blazer, nude heels and my Chloe bag. Perfect.
I'm sure Jayden wants me to meet his girlfriend because he knows I'll give my opinion to him clearly although a part of me feels like he's playing games. No. He wouldn't, surely?

I sit down at my desk to study and work for my exams. My phone vibrates on the table and Jamie's number appears. He's FaceTiming me. Isn't it 2:00am there? What? I answer it immediately to a sleepy Jamie. My favourite Jamie. At first I think he's drunk but I realise he's not soon after.

"Aren't you supposed to be asleep Mr.Dornan?" I say to him immediately.

"Hmm, supposed to be yes. I can't sleep! The timezone are stressing me out already! It's not even Monday here... I practically slept all day but I'm still a little tired."

"That's not good J, you're filming tomorrow"

"I know! Now I wanted a nice chat with my girlfriend whose thousands and thousands of miles away"

"Okay! Don't get your knickers in a twist!"

"Are you scolding me Mrs.Dornan?"

"Oh so I'm Mrs.Dornan now? I wouldn't count on it" I say winking at him trying to disguise how that actually made me feel.

"How was your day yesterday?"

"Yeah it was good, same old!"

"Hmm, I miss you" Jamie says to me smiling.

"I miss you too"
"I've got that dinner with Jayden later" I add rolling my eyes.

"I'll be up then! You'll have to keep my updated"

"Jay as much as I'd love to talk babe, I can't. I need to study!"

"Okay princess, bye"

"Bye Jamie" then the call cuts of. Oh how I'd love to lay next to Jamie now.
