The feeling-A Jamie Dornan fanfic (UNDER EDITING) I cringe when I read it.

Chapter 63.

"Declan!! I've missed you so much!" I say as I open the door and see him, right on the dot at 7:30 like he said he would be. He looks surprised and I'm also surprised myself... Where did that come from? I suppose it's true. He repeats what I've said to him and just after Jamie appears behind me.

My eyes shoot up at his straight away trying to gauge his reaction and figure out if he heard me, scratch that it doesn't matter if he did!

"Declan, nice to see you" Jamie says extending his proffered hand which Declan accepts shaking it.

"Are you joining us then?" Declan queries and Jamie explains he will meet us there after we have eaten. Declan's friend will be accompanying us also, a female friend. I'm shocked at the revelation but he insists its nothing more but also jokes about it only being for now. He's briefly spoken about her in the past but only on one occasion.

" Shall we leave?" He asks and I nod grabbing my bag and following him to the car. It's refreshing having one on one time with him. The relationship that has been built back I enjoy. He's a friend and I'm also reminded of Jayden.
I tell myself that I need to text him once I'm home and perhaps call him tomorrow to meet up, it's overdue. Although, I'm aware that he's still seeing his girlfriend therefore him and I will be the bottom of his list. I'm glad he's found happiness more so to stow Jamie and his comments on the situation which shouldn't even be a situation. I roll my eyes not realising and Declan asks me if I'm okay.

"Yeah!! Just recalling some rather awkward situations I've placed myself in, in the past"

"I feel you Penny" he says laughing and we both sip our wine carelessly. Our food arrives and we take for around an hour about utter rubbish but not once is it awkward.
As the waiter takes out plates away from us I notice Jamie from the corner of my eye. He walks towards us and Declan briefly goes to stand but Jamie just greets him carelessly before sitting next to me.
He kisses both of my cheeks as we always do formally, he never did but I've forced the habit upon him and then I ask how he's been working in which he explains that everything's sorted - today was his day to sort out all of his Calendar and organise his workload.

"The work looks amazing guys also" Jamie regards and we both smirk and thank him whilst taking a sip on the champagne that Jamie ordered.
"You look absolutely stunning as per and Declan I've got to say man to man you look in amazing shape!" Jamie continues and laughing at the end of his sentence.

"Thanks babe, and please don't try and hit on my friend whilst I'm sat next to you" I reply winking, which widens his smile that's stifling a laugh.

"Thanks man you too" Declan replies cooly and I'm just left second guessing my judgement on Jamie and Declan perhaps they should be good friends. I mean we kissed once whilst drunk in Paris. I look at the time and realise that it's now 10:45pm and I've been out since 7:30.
I idly wonder how many glasses of wine and champagne that I have actually had but come to the understanding that it's not much. We leave, dropping Declan home before we go home too.
I need to pretty much finish packing tonight. Leaving things like this to the last minute stress me out thoroughly. I need to make sure I will not need anything else.
