Chapter 33

Jeanette's P.O.V

When the elevator door close Soryu turns to face me and says.

Soryu:"you want to take Alejando out with an injured leg?"

Me:"and do you plan to help me with a injured arm?"

Soryu:"I can handle it"

Me:"so can I"

The elevator doors open and I step out first.

Me:"won't Mei Ling be pissed?"

Soryu:"I really don't care"

Me:"well that's a nice relationship"

Soryu:"I know. What about your relationship with Eisuke?"

Me:"it's one of the dumbest things I've ever done"

Soryu:"that so?"

Me:"yes"

Soryu:"what will you say about ours?"

Me:"what do you mean?"

Soryu:"our relationship"

Me:"it was weird and dumb"

It wasn't actually that. It was nice but I don't what him thinking I like him or something.

Soryu:"...."

After a moment of silence we're standing in front of my Lamborghini.

Me:"take your car"

We then heard a voice calling Soryu's name.

Voice:"Soryu"

We turn around and we see Mei Ling walking in our direction.

Me:"look, it's your girl" I say to Soryu while laughing.

Soryu:"let's go" he responded back

Me:"no I want to see what happens"

I look back to Mei Ling direction and behind her there's Eisuke. When I see him I stopped laughing and look at Soryu.

Me:"get in"

I got in the driver seat and Soryu got in the passenger seat.

I drove out of there and we were silent all the time. I get a phone call and I tell Soryu to answer it.

Soryu:"Carolyn what do you want?"

Me:"put her on speaker"

Carolyn:"Jeanette are you ok?" she says in a real worried voice

Me:"yes, why do you ask?"

Carolyn:"Jeanette don't go to Los Carnales mansion"
