She opened her eyes and waited for another pain. It didn't happen, not even a stirring. She moved slowly and sat up. She saw Hunter sitting beside her. He looked angry. He looked hurt. It killed her. What had happened? Were the babies okay?
"Hunter." She said, "Is everybody okay? You look weird."
"They are fine." He mumbled not taking his eyes off her.
"Whats wrong?"
He rolled his eyes and sighed.
"Me?"
He didn't say anything but didn't move. She stood and looked at him.
" What did I do?" She asked him.
" You know damn well what you did. You didn't give me a chance. You made a decision that we should have made together alone and you... That was hurtful." He said calmly.
"A decision we should have made? There was no we. You've spent so much time with the babies. You've ignored me. You haven't made an effort for this... For us. I made a decision I thought I had a right to make." She said, "If you will excuse me I have somewhere I need to be and it isn't with you."
She stormed past him and tried to go to her door. Before she reached it the door was locked and she couldn't get it to budge. She turned to yell at him and found him there behind her. He wrapped his arms around her and she couldn't get away.
"Let go of me." She demanded fighting him.
His head lowered and he kissed her. She tried to get away but he was too strong and her body dissolved into him. She found herself kissing him back. She felt her body warming with desire. She reacted to him. He pulled back and looked down at her. She couldn't speak and didn't want to.
"I will try." She heard him whisper before he let go of her and left.

He was so turned on it was painful. He walked to his room to shower but when he opened the door it hit him how lonely he really was. She made him feel whole. He wanted to go back to her but he knew what would happen. He would make love to her. She could still become pregnant and she clearly didn't want that to happen so he didn't want to risk it. He felt himself moving back toward her room and when he opened the door she was gone. Had he scared her? Had he hurt her? He had intended to turn her on and maybe make her feel like he did when he heard about what she had done. But he hadn't meant for her to leave upset. He could smell it in the air. He turned to leave as he received a text from Jane.
Come to the babies. You need to see this.
He raced through the mansion and down into the medical wing. He went to the babies room and saw Nalla there, between the babies, crying. He went to enter before he heard her talking
"I messed up guys. I want babies. I was children. I messed up." She sobbed, "I took that away from myself. By choosing to ignore my needing I took that away for another ten years." She wiped her eyes, "Hunter... God... I've hurt him. I hadn't meant to. I hadn't meant to make that decision alone. He has been busy worrying over you. Taking care of you guys. I feel... God I feel horrible. Why did I do this?" She sighed, "I really need to make it up to him. He said he would try. Try at what? I hope I didn't push him away."
