Aiden's POV

We all froze watching the girl.

She was a spitting image of-it can't be. This infuriated my wolf. Another man impregnated my mate. I thought the child was lost.

Wait why was I mad we weren't mates anymore.

"Calm down Aiden. She could be-" But Amy quieted down. It was impossible for this child to be his or Allen's.

The demon's child.

"Where are you child?"  Amie asked the child.

"The f-" She started but then the phone rang.

I took it from Allen and answered.

"Hello."

"Yes, its Nixon round up your packs we have a mission." He sounded serious about this.

"What is the cause of this urgency?" I firmly ask.

"It's Katalina." I instantly froze. The deceased queen. My queen.

"What's going on isn't she.."

"Dead?" Allen finished my sentence.

Amie was too busy communicating with the unknown spirit so she didn't hear the conversation.

"No she's not but her daughter will be if we don't act quickly."

"Impossible. She died in the hospital!" I hissed on the phone.

"You Imbecile! If you believe she ever died you are a fool." He yelled.

I froze.

"What is the issue what's the urgency?" Allen butted in the conversation.

"Ahh, the rational brother. This is a long story but Kat's daughter is in the forgotten lands."

"So where are we going? You're stupid if you think we will charge in there for a child that has nothing to do with us. Keep our packs out of this shit." Allen hissed.

I heard the hurt in his voice.

The love of our life was somehow alive and didn't seek us. The love of our life had his child. The demon's child. Lucas' daughter.

"You got in this shit the day you bedded her! You two fucks are her mates! Act like it!" He boomed before the line went dead.

I threw the phone and it hit the wall causing it to break.

"Amie," I called.

"The child disappeared I don't know where she went oh uh- yes brother?" she stopped talking once she looked at me.

"She's alive and the child is in the forgotten lands," I explained.

"Her deranged brother wants every pack to execute a rescue plan to get her daughter out," Allen added in.
