Forget Me Not

Chapter 6

My blue hair whooshed in the wind violently as the roller coaster started to speed up. I lifted my arms and screamed when it dropped.

Justin Bieber Roller Coaster started blaring through the speakers and I started singing along.

Xavier looked at me with amusement.

"Hey don't look at me like that." I pouted as the ride started slowing down.

"Kat, you are so adorable." He chuckled.

"Oh? Is that so?" I raised my eyebrow.

"We hope you enjoyed the ride, please exit to the left. Have a nice day at Sunset Carnival." A female robotic voice said through the speakers before another song came on.

I exited with Xavier hot on my trail.

"Hungry?" He looked my way.

"Very." I started walking towards the food stand and Xavier grabbed my hand making me blush uncontrollably.

Girls gave me death glares for being with Xavier.

We got to the stand and a slutty girl was behind the counter. Oh great.

"Can I take your order?" She stared at Xavier, with lust in her eyes.

"Eh hem." I glared at her clearing my throat. She glared at me and I glared back making Xavier pull me close, breaking up the little glaring battle he ordered us both chicken strips with burgers.

"Who does she think she is?" I grumbled as I picked at my chicken strips.

"Jealous are we?" Xavier smirked in my direction.

"Pftt no." I rolled my eyes continuing to eat.

"Tsk tsk tsk lying is a sin darling."

We finally made it back to the packhouse.

"Hey, you stole Kit Kat away." Aiden pulled me away and into his chest, scratch that, shirtless chest.

"Uh hey Aiden, I'm tired so I'm going to shower now and then sleep," I said awkwardly.

"We will gladly accompany you." Allen winked in my direction giving Aiden a look.

Oh god no.

"Leave her alone you two perverted freaks." Amie shrieked throwing pillows at her two brothers.

I guess that was my cue to make a run for it so I dashed up the stairs to my room locking the door.

I quickly hopped into the shower savoring the warm feeling that the steaming water brought me. I squirted some bubblegum soap on my washrag and rubbed it slowly on my body.

'Pack meeting in twenty minutes I'm expecting everyone to be there on time.' Alpha Xavier said through the link. I groaned and stepped out of the shower slipping on my Pjs. I let my blue curls flow down with my pastel pink ombre which looked pretty cute with it.

"I guess I'll air dry my hair." I ran my fingers through my natural curls. I sat down watching the episode of the Boondocks that I missed.

I laughed at all of the name selections of Pretty Boy Flizzy's songs.

His character was funny.

I looked at the time and saw I had only one minute to get to the pack meeting.

Holy shit. Time flew by quickly. I opened my door making my way to the meeting. I wonder what it is now.

The meeting room was filled and I took a seat by Amie and her mate Bruce.

"Whatsup bro?" I gave him a fist pound and then gave Amie a hug.

"What's going on?" I whispered to Amie. She shot me a sorry look.

"Something about some other pack needing our help." She mumbled.

"Okay everyone I want the room silent for this announcement." The room immediately got silent at Xavier's command.

"So there is a pack that needs our help. Rouges have been attacking them and they need better training. We are the strongest pack so we will be training them for two months. They will be staying in our packhouse. Now, are there any questions?" He asked, full-on alpha mode. Hot Damn how sexy can he get?

Someone raised their hand. "Yea I have a question."

"Yes?" Xavier asked.

"What's the name of this pack?" A girl asked.

"The Star Dusk pack," Xavier said coldly.

No no not my old pack. My vision started to blur.

"Kat." Aiden called.

"KAT!" Allen shook me.

"She's fainting! Get a pack doctor!" Amie hollered before my world became black.
